“Barleygarden was absolutely amazing after my son’s Graduation to host us for lunch! We originally booked for 8 people, and then they allowed us to bump it up to 12 people. They also honored our request for no high top seats. Not only that when graduation was over, my family wanted to get out of the sun and sit while they waited for us to finish up pictures. Barleygarden already had their table set up upon arrival 30 mins early and allowed them to go and sit and order drinks while we finished up. We were so pleased with their service and we highly recommend them for parties in the future! They had an amazing Falafel Bowl and Lamb burger on their menu as well! 🤤”
“Great cocktails and brussel sprouts appetizer. Over an hour wait for our entrees but they were delicious when they came and the servers were very attentive”
“Barley Garden Kitchen absolutely exceeded expectations tonight. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, modern, and welcoming without feeling overly fancy or pretentious. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish. Now let’s talk about the food because WOW. The Brussels sprouts were hands down some of the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly crispy on the outside, tender in the middle, and packed with flavor. They had that balance of savory, slightly sweet, and smoky that makes you keep reaching for “just one more” until suddenly the plate is empty. Honestly, I could’ve ordered another serving just for myself. And the margarita flights? Absolutely genius. Not only were they beautifully presented, but each flavor had its own personality and was made perfectly. You could actually taste the quality ingredients instead of just sugary mixes like most places use. It made the experience fun because you got to try different combinations without committing to just one drink. Definitely a must-order if you visit. Everything about this place felt intentional, from the presentation to the service to the overall vibe. It’s the kind of restaurant that works for date night, girls night, business dinners, or just treating yourself after a long week. You can tell they care about the experience they’re creating for guests. Barley Garden Kitchen is officially on my “will absolutely be back” list. Great food, great drinks, great energy, and a staff that knows how to make people feel taken care of. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend trying the Brussels sprouts and margarita flights because they completely stole the show tonight.”
“We came as a large group. I was thinking it was just bar food, but the menu was compelling. I ordered the beef short ribs with mashed potatoes and collard greens and I cleared my plate. It was delicious. The beef was a bit dry, but it was the end of the night and that’s how beef does, but it was delicious. My wife got the burger. It was somewhat cold, it was sloppy because of the sauces on it and the sweet and spicy fries were too much seasoning. She couldn’t finish her plate. The server was nice and the food came out in decent time for a large group. We should’ve had more than one server for such a large party and we had to pay one by one at the front instead of a portable card reader brought to the table. This extended our time. The place is nice and clean and I’d come back and recommend but perhaps not as a large group.”
“The atmosphere is light and lovely, with open windows that invite the outdoors in and create a natural flow throughout the space. The service is amazing—the employees are attentive, friendly, and really add to the overall experience. The drinks are also great, which is why I was especially disappointed when the food came out. Although I love the location and atmosphere at the Barley Garden, I can’t ignore the lackluster food. I’ve visited a couple of times with friends, and each time the food has seemed like an unseasoned, microwave-level disaster. If more effort were put into the food, this place would be amazing. I’m attaching a picture of my “boneless” wings 🤣🤣 — y’all, they were nowhere near satisfying or flavorful. However, I did order the whiskey sour lemon drop, and it was delicious. I really want to support the Trilith “empire,” especially since this is the first restaurant you see when you arrive by the gym entrance. It definitely needs to upgrade its food to represent Trilith in the best way.”
