“This place was hands down the best Sushi in the greater Chicago area. The Chirashi was fantastic with a great chef selection, the rolls were superb and the service was some of the best we've had in a loooooong time. My only 'complaint' is the prices are a bit high, but then again, you get what you pay for, right? Anyhow, if youre out in the north west 'burbs this place is worth the drive.”

“Absolutely amazing experience. From the moment we walked in, everything felt right — the atmosphere is beautiful, elegant, and very well designed. The vibe alone makes you want to stay longer. The food was outstanding. The tuna tartare was next level — fresh, perfectly balanced, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was on point, both in taste and presentation. Service was just as impressive. Our server was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, everything was perfect — food, service, and atmosphere. Definitely a place I will come back to.”

“Eddie was the best server ever! We were there for our first valentines, and he made us feel so welcome! We had the best food, the toro and scallion roll was to die for! The coconut shrimp appetizer was also delicious! Eddie did an amazing job with our bottles of wine. and overall evaluated our experience. We had the cappacino truffle for desert, and it was delicious. Overall, would recommend. And, ask for Eddie!”

“I visited Bluefish in Schaumburg with a group of 8, including 3 young children. We ordered a wide variety of dishes, from appetizers to rolls and sashimi, and everything was incredibly fresh and luxurious. Our server, Laura, was outstanding. She was not only attentive to the adults but also wonderful with the children, making sure they were comfortable and well taken care of. She gave us thoughtful menu recommendations that suited everyone perfectly. If you are looking for a delicious meal with exceptional service for the whole family, I highly recommend this place!”

“Blue Fish Stunning new spot with a great vibe and an energetic crowd. This was our first visit and the place itself did not disappoint. Beautiful interior, fun atmosphere, and clearly a popular Saturday night destination. Unfortunately, the service at the bar really missed the mark. Since it was busy, the only seating available was at the bar, which we were totally fine with and actually liked. However, the bartender never came over to take our order, check on us, or even acknowledge us. We had to repeatedly ask for water, sauces, and drinks and it felt like we were completely ignored by the bar crew the entire time. The food itself was very good, which makes the experience even more frustrating because the potential is definitely there. With better bar service, this place could be a standout. I would give it another try, but hopefully with table seating next time.”
