A family-owned vineyard and winery, Bowers Harbor Vineyards, was established in 1991. Initially a horse farm, the estate now boasts 20 acres of vinifera vines. An inviting tasting room occupies the former stable, and a friendly staff will welcome you and introduce you to our extensive selection of wines. Reservations are not required- WE OPERATE AT AN OPEN SEAT POLICY! However strongly suggested Friday-Sunday to potentially help guarantee coverage for inclement weather. (Dependent on group size)
“My wife and I visited Bowers Harbor Vineyard recently and had a great time. The whole place has an easy, laid-back vibe - not fancy or pretentious; just a spot where you can relax and enjoy yourself. They have several different outdoor spaces. We were lucky to snag a couple Adirondack chairs under shade trees overlooking the fields. The servers were very nice and helpful. The wine and snacks were great. We would definitely come back again.”
“We visited this winery over the weekend and had such a great experience! The views are absolutely beautiful — perfect for photography and just soaking it all in. It’s a really relaxing spot with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and we loved that they’re dog-friendly. There’s even a park right next door with walking trails, which makes it a great place to spend a few hours (or the whole afternoon). Everything was clean and well kept, and they had heaters going so it was comfortable even in the cooler weather. If you’re looking for a laid-back winery with great scenery and a welcoming vibe, this is definitely worth the visit! 🍷 Lots of parking.”
“Loved our experience at Bowers Vineyard! They have a fantastic patio (dog friendly too) and a great variety of wine tasting flights to choose from! Thai is the perfect place to relax on a warm summer day with friends! Very warm and welcoming staff!”
“This has been our favorite winery in TC for a long time now. We love the very personal touch this place has. It doesn’t have the awesome lake view some of the others do, but it does offer great views of the vines and the whole property, the way the staff acts and treats patrons almost feels as if you are all part of a family. Very knowledgeable folks, extremely friendly, prices are great, and they have so many options as to where you can hang out. There are tents, a covered patio, a fireplace, tables right between the vines. We have seen live acoustic music there a number of times. The overall feeling here is just so unique, much more personal and less artificial than at some of the other “fancy” wineries.”
“Beautiful Vineyard. Wide selection of beverages. They have accommodations for any group size. We decided to stand between the Vineyard at a wine barrel and it was perfect. The shelter for making your selection was heated and the bartender was very helpful with making your selection. We were here in Sept with a rare 52 degree week. I couldn't imagine how amazing it would be mid summer or early spring or fall”
