“Carin View Winery delivered something truly special for us. Brent, the owner, graciously hosted a VIP experience that went far beyond a standard tasting. He walked us through the property, shared behind-the-scenes insights, and welcomed us into a cozy cellar-style speakeasy space for a private tasting for two. It felt personal, intentional, and thoughtfully curated. For transparency — we were not compensated for our visit. The VIP tour was a gift, and these opinions are entirely our own. We selected the CVW Reserve Tasting, where each pour was paired with cheese and finished with chocolate on the final selection — including a creative chocolate waffle cup that made the last sip memorable. After the guided tasting, we were invited to enjoy a full pour of our choice. One of us fell for the Weeping Willow White — crisp, light, and easy drinking — and that bottle came home with us. The other gravitated toward the bourbon barrel-aged red, which showed depth, structure, and a smooth finish that will appeal to anyone who appreciates what barrel aging can do. Matt and Johnny did an outstanding job at the bar — knowledgeable, relaxed, and genuinely welcoming. The flaky chicken salad croissant paired beautifully with a red pour, and the pimento cheese and crackers were the perfect addition to slow down and enjoy the atmosphere. Add in the charming winery dog and live music beginning as we were leaving, and the entire visit felt complete — scenic, comfortable, and unhurried. If you’re exploring North Georgia wineries, Carin View is worth carving out time for. Slow down, stay awhile, and let the experience unfold.”

“They serve you instead of walking up to the bar, they have really good food/cheeses, the seating is very elegant. Everything about this place was top tier compared to the other wineries in north Georgia. Brett the owner walked around talking to everyone, Johnnie gave us free tastings and was such a gem of a person. The reds here were the best we have had. The only thing I wish was better, would be the view. It was a lovely place but not the best view. Again great place, and would recommend to anyone.”

“We drove 2 hours to visit Cairn View Winery, and it was well worth it! The winery was beautiful, the patio was so relaxing, and the staff and servers were amazing! We made it the first stop of our staycation adventure, and so glad we did! Highly recommend!”
