“Cantina del Centro is spectacular. The ambience, food, service - all top tier! We sort of put our server Tess on the spot and just asked her to feed us, plain and simple. She more than met the challenge and served up the perfect dose of mexican muchies to satisfy cravings we didn't even know we had. The tacos were authentic, dope setting, great music, and just genuinely good energy. Perfect food suggestions paired with an exquisite red sangria and served up with style. Shout out to Tess, who made it just a perfect experience.”

I really appreciated that the portion sizes are just right—perfectly filling without being ridiculously huge like you sometimes see at other places. A negative surprise from the kitchen was dealt with professionally and met our expectations. Food was delicious. Recommend the Sangria. Chips are made in house and you can tell. Great job Cantina! “Delicious food with a limited menu at late hours, however the staff were very accommodating to serve us so close to closing time. Music was a bit too loud, making it hard to hold a conversation, especially since it wasn’t very busy. Would recommend the prawn and pineapple tacos or quesadillas.”

“Great new spot for Authentic Mexican eats and drinks. Cool decor and pumping tunes. Just a little on the pricey side but to be expected these days in many mountain towns. Otherwise A+”
