“I had brunch with my very close friends and my husband here after my graduation. I really enjoyed the atmosphere here to chat and enjoy the food. The best thing we had here I were the tortilla chips and three different dips -salsa, guacamole, queso dip -absolutely tasty. Then I had a vegetarian salad with fried tortilla, which was very yummy with my favorite ingredients like black beans and rice. My husband ordered brunch bowl and he mentioned that he absolutely enjoyed his food. The mimosas were OK but the service was great. The waiters gave us enough time to decide. They also took a set of nice pictures and they did amazing job overall it was a very, very friendly reception by the staff and the food was really great.”
“My buddy and I had a pretty solid time at Reforma for dinner. First thing I want to say is our server was great. He was attentive and positive and gave great recommendations. The timing between water, ordering, and delivering food was perfect. Answered questions quickly, with confidence, clearly experienced, and can do his job. Now, for some of the other staff, I cannot say the same. A couple of the ladies there clearly did not want to be working there. The lack of communication, looking at tables to see what they need, and bad attitude was off-putting. The food was solid for what it is. Nothing fancy but tasty and pretty affordable. Everything came out quick, accurately, with good timing between appetizers and good serving sizes. Hard to recommend anything as I only tried two things. The flautas were tasty, very crispy, and okay salsa. The burritos were loaded. The veggie burrito looked great and had big pieces of cauliflower. Then the chicken burrito was pretty loaded as well and full of shredded chicken and the sauce was great. Indoor seating was plenty and very quiet. Outdoor seating was packed and much louder, especially with the music. So choose what ya prefer. I would recommend people to check it out for a hangout spot with friends, date night, or just some apps and drinks or a full meal.”

“Walked over from my hotel around 7pm on a Tuesday. It was not crowded. I indicated to the 1st staff I encountered that it would be dinner for 1. She said to sit anywhere. On the way to my table I was confronted by a very large man wearing his gimme cap backwards who said "Can I help you," (more as a threat than a question) while blocking my way. I said, "I'm here for dinner." "Oh. You're here for pick up?" "No. I'm trying to get to my table." He relented and I sat down. My waitress arrived, and I ordered the steak ($35). She said, "We might be out. We were out last night. Let me check. No, we're still out." I ask for chips and salsa while I looked for something else to order. The chips and salsa arrived like a drive by, still accelerating as they hit the table (delivery was by someone other than my waitress.) My waitress returned and took my order for their chicken mole. After about 30 minutes my waitress returned and said there was a wifi problem and my order didn't go through. She was sorry for the wait, and the dish would be comped. So, my experience at Reforma is mixed: the dish was, indeed, comped - thank you. (I tipped on the full amount.) My suggestions: The bouncer should probably not be the one to greet diners. Have the wait staff learn what has been 86-ed from the menu and announce that when the menu is delivered. Slow down! A few extra seconds at the table won't hurt anything, and dinner won't seem so manic. Seriously! If your boss is pressuring you to speed things up--he's wrong. Treat waiting tables as a profession--not a job. Better idea: send your staff to Italy (expenses paid) to learn how it's done BTW, the food was good and reasonably priced.”
“Had dinner here and the food honestly is just very average. Nothing at all spectacular. Service was ok but had a few issues that got corrected but after having to track down the staff a few times. I can not comment on the food so much as it is not the worst and not the best I have had. Probably will not be back. Hope if you go it will be a better experience.”
