“I had a very enjoyable experience at Chapleton Vineyards overall. The atmosphere was beautiful, the wine was great, and it made for a wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion with friends and family. The staff was friendly, and I truly appreciated the overall ambiance. The only downside to my visit was an incident where I was stung by a wasp while sitting in the outdoor lawn seating area. After reporting it to the staff, I didn’t feel there was much concern or follow-up regarding what had happened. Even a simple check-in or acknowledgment would have gone a long way in making me feel cared for as a guest. Despite that experience, I still had a good time and would recommend the vineyard. I just hope they can improve their response to situations involving guest safety and comfort in the future.”
