“A Visit Worth the Wait at Hilmy Cellars I’ve been wanting to visit this winery for quite a while, and it absolutely did not disappoint. We opted for the red wine tasting, and there wasn’t a single pour we didn’t enjoy. Our favorite was the Cabernet Sauvignon — beautifully balanced and memorable. My husband enjoys wine but isn’t always easily impressed, and even he was blown away by both the quality and the experience. The service was stellar from start to finish. Kristine was an amazing wine steward who truly guided us in the right direction based on our preferences, making the tasting feel personal and elevated. Of course, it was a no-brainer to join their wine club so we can enjoy these incredible wines more often. If you’re considering a visit, don’t hesitate — this place is a must. 🍷”

“Came here a group of 4 during the weekday. It’s somewhat on the smaller side so weekends it may be harder to find seating but weekday we had no problem. Wine flight was great & the lady at the bar was on top of it when my wine glass ran out. Always making sure I had something in my cup. They recently added a kitchen with lots of food options. I am vegetarian & they had plenty of options on the menu. We ended up just getting the Elote & let me tell you DO NOT skip this. It was delicious!”

“Hilmy was a fantastic spot to end our day! The patio at 5 pm was shaded and the view of the vineyard was gorgeous! Being a group of 13, we appreciated the opportunity for people to cultivate their experience and choose the red, white, or mixed tasting. We left with some great bottles to enjoy!”
