“Stop what you're doing and make the reservation to visit Cho Wines' tasting room! This place is the whole package. The tasting room is easy to find with good signage from the road and has good parking. You can tell a lot of thought was put into the design of the tasting room itself, with beautiful and tasteful decor and finishes that feel like you're stepping into someone's warm but curated home. The room is intimate but airy and bright, with your attention brought to the beautiful view of the valley and vines below. We came on an overcast day, but the sun peeked through a few times and we saw the allure of the outdoor patio. The staff was so helpful, knowledgeable, gracious, and welcoming, and were very conscientious of pacing their pours. We had and loved the charcuterie board as well as the caviar and potato chips (just do it, splurge--you're worth it), and all of us went and bought a giant bag of the puffed macaroni snacks. Every wine we had was delicious, both the Estate and the Sparkling flights, and we all left with a few bottles in hand. Our group's favorite was the Bubbles, but we also grabbed a few other bottles we hadn't seen available elsewhere. We also got some Cho branded-gear to rep around town! Thank you, Cho Wines, for a fabulous afternoon--we will be back!”
“Cho Wines is a gem in the Willamette Valley—beautiful setting, standout wines, and genuinely warm, attentive service. Their tasting room has that perfect mix of relaxed and refined, and every pour feels thoughtfully crafted. It is the kind of spot where the views are great, the wines are even better, and you leave already planning your next visit. Make sure to keep an eye out for their pop‑up events throughout the year too—they are well worth seeking out.”
“Really beautiful place, great views and seating options, modern building with nice amenities like bar, lounge, seating, and even a small children’s play area. This winery has a great story and beautiful branding then material materials, I love the program complete with map and story of the founders. It was really busy the day we were here and there quite enough time to chat with our server or have a slow tasting. I think they were a little understaffed that day. Excited to see that they are doing so well and getting out and about and partnering with other restaurants, etc., in the Portland area too.”
“Great spot not too far from Portland! The wines pair really well with a variety of foods, which made the experience even better. We visited with our kids and really appreciated the Korean snacks—such a thoughtful touch. This was our second visit, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!”
“Cho Winery is a gem! Their sparkling wines are exquisite, and their events—both at the gorgeous vineyard and in Portland—are always a blast. I love how family-friendly everything is, and their collaborations with local restaurants highlighting Asian and Asian American cuisine are inspired. The breadth of their wines, the thoughtful aesthetic, and the warm, inclusive vibe make Cho a must-visit for any wine lover… honestly, even if you’re not a wine lover its worth’s checking out for the ‘vibes’ alone.”
