“Taylor County Taphouse, THANK YOU!!! Today was mine and my fiancé’s two year anniversary and we weren’t sure if we’d be able to celebrate. Ended up at Taylor County Taphouse with the BEST waitress (Elizabeth, super cool glasses). Also, a great host who I called ahead and remembered us. Amazing food, amazing drinks, amazing service, and the BEST free dessert for a celebration I’ve ever gotten anywhere. (entrees not pictured, too good) Thank yall so much.”

“One of my go to places in Abilene. I have been going there for years. I have consistenty had great meals and enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff is always solid but last night, our server Nyah took it to the next level. The whole dining experience was phenomenal! Taylor County Taphouse keep it up!!!”

“The steak dinner for just my husband was like 50 bucks .Be prepared to get out your phone to look at the menu it's almost dark inside the restaurant I honestly thought it was because we just are old and can't see anymore but no 2 other tables were doing the same exact thing with phones.The steak was good but the green beans were not. They were very hard and the mash potatoes was a small serving. We come every year in May to Abilene and this was the first time visiting this establishment.”

“Food was decent and fresh. I had the garden salad with chicken. The spicy blue cheese dressing was nice. My dinner mate had the cheese burger which was fine. Wasn’t expecting more than bar food, so wasn’t expecting fine dining. So we were pleased.”

“Our first visit to the Taphouse was great. A Friday night food was great service was wonderful and we were so impressed we brought the whole family to Sunday brunch. Won’t do that again. While Sunday brunch server was amazing, everything else was horrible. All the food was cold, salty, and the breakfast potatoes tasted like they were scraped off someone else’s plate. Cold dry and hard. Couldn’t even get a hot cup of coffee. We will keep looking for a great breakfast spot in Abilene. This ain’t it!”
