Severn Inn is a Seafood restaurant in the Annapolis neighborhood of Annapolis.
“Right on the water and a very unique place. It looks small on the outside but its massive inside. Seating outside makes things very nice. Food was really good. Tacos, quesidllas, crab soup, pretty good.”
“First time dining here; we had a reservation and were seated on the (covered) upper deck with a great panoramic view of the Severn River and Naval Academy. We ordered a bit of everything, including the chocolate peanut butter cake! Our server was very friendly and attentive -will come back for the oysters and burger !”
“Been to Annapolis too many times to count, but never knew this hidden oasis existed. It’s right by the water which allows you the pleasure of hearing the waves hit against the sand as you enjoy a feast perfect for a sunny afternoon on the deck. The trout with fresh beets and pickled onions, delicious, meaty lobster lasagna, fabulous, and the rock fish with charred Brussels sprouts, perfectly paired. The concept of deviled eggs with crab meat was great but could have used lump meat to take them to next level. Service was outstanding. Hope to make a few more visits before the summer ends.”
“If you're looking for a top-tier dining experience in Annapolis with a view that’s hard to beat, this is the spot. We came here for a date night, and the atmosphere was perfect—sophisticated yet comfortable, especially with the water views providing a beautiful backdrop for the evening. The food was the absolute highlight. Every dish we tried was packed with flavor: The Crab Dip: Easily some of the best I’ve had. It was incredibly creamy, loaded with fresh crab meat, and had that perfect golden-brown crust on top. Lobster Pasta: The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, and they definitely didn't skimp on the lobster. It was rich, buttery, and fresh. The Filet Mignon: Tender, juicy, and seasoned exactly right. The sides complemented the meat beautifully without overpowering it. True Maryland Crab Cake: This is the real deal. No filler, just huge lumps of sweet, fresh crab meat held together by sheer willpower and perfect seasoning. It’s exactly what a Maryland crab cake should be. To top it off, the drinks were excellent—the nojito was refreshing and balanced, and the sweet tea was a great accompaniment to the meal. While it is a bit on the pricier side, the quality of the ingredients and the top-notch service from Brian made it well worth the spend. It’s an ideal location for a special occasion. Highly recommended!”
“My favorite things about this place is that it is right on the water, beautiful view, and has its own parking for Annapolis! Recommended dishes: Lobster Pasta, Shrimp tacos, The Reuben, Chicken tenders, Brussels sprouts, and nachos. Drinks: sangria (strong, yes!) and Bourbon. Someone at the table got a crab cake and mentioned it was good, but not much crab (maybe not in season). Staff were friendly and helpful, I apologize if we were loud. This is must for a date or family meetup!”
