Chesapeake Inn is a Seafood restaurant in the Chesapeake City neighborhood of Chesapeake City.
“We stayed there for two nights in May to celebrate our anniversary. The inn was so beautiful in a wonderful small town. They made our stay very special and we can’t thank them enough. Had a fantastic time using their kayaks and bikes too. Love to go back.”
“17 of us had Sunday brunch there today out on a covered patio on the second floor. It was beautiful overlooking the canal. Everyone agreed the food was excellent! Our server, Kurt, was awesome!”
“Had been meaning to go here for awhile, so me and my family finally decided to give it a try. In short, we will absolutely be going back again to try more of their food! All the food we got was really good! We decided to just get a few of the pizzas to split and they definitely didn't disappoint, so I'm sure that everything else will be tasty too. The s'mores dessert pizza was especially good! Can't wait to go back there again to try even more of their food!”
“We had a wonderful experience here celebrating a friend’s birthday! If you are a seafood lover, this is definitely a spot you need to check out. Seafood Pasta: Absolutely delicious. The sauce was rich, and they definitely didn't skimp on the fresh seafood. Lobster Grilled Cheese: This was a highlight! Perfectly toasted and packed with lobster. Crab Fries: A must-order for the table. Seasoned perfectly and a great way to kick off the meal. While the seafood is clearly the star of the show, the chicken sandwich was a bit of a letdown—it felt like an overrated chicken patty compared to the high quality of everything else.”
“We came here because our son is home from college and we've been taking him to some nice places. The food was excellent. The service was also excellent. The atmosphere inside was nice. We got sushi, a pizza, a type of creamed seafood dish, a pot of mussels, French onion soup, and our drinks. Now at the end when the bill arrives, they charge you 3% for using your credit card? Seriously? Let me ask you, Chesapeake Inn. Before you began charging everybody an additional 3% for using their credit cards, which I'm guessing 90+% of your customers do, did you first lower your menu prices by 3%? Because if you didn't this is nothing but a sleazy cash grab. I was told this is also the case at Klondike Kate's and I can only assume it is at La Casa Pasta. That right there makes it so your restaurants will be last on my list. Can I afford it? Sure, fortunately I CAN afford it and anyone who knows me would tell you I'm anything but "cheap", but when you know that virtually everybody uses their credit cards in today's society and choose to do this versus just making it part of the overall price, you can count me out of visiting all of your restaurants because the sleazy feeling associated with you choosing to do business in this way casts a pale over everything else. That, and the lousy parking are why I deducted 2 stars from the overall experience when the food, service, and inside atmosphere were great and 5 stars.”
