“We come here about once a week for dinner. Tonight there was a small mix-up and my wife missed one of the ingredients she usually adds, which threw off the whole plate. Instead of making her pay for a new bowl, the staff helped fix it quickly and efficiently. The manager, Carston (apologies if I misspelled your name), and our server Lindsey were fantastic and went above and beyond this evening. We'll be back next week! Thanks again!”

“We had a great experience at the Mongolian Grill! I visited with my wife, and we really enjoyed the concept of choosing our own fresh ingredients and sauces. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the chefs did an excellent job preparing the food just the way we liked it. “No doubt the BEST service we’ve ever had. The servers are exceptional. The first time we ever ate here, the server offered to join us at the food stations to help us create our bowls(since we’ve never been there before). She was seriously awesome. We love creating our bowls and having them cooked in front of us. The crab Rangoon’s and egg rolls are pure perfection too. Highly recommend!”

“Always a fun experience! Every few months they update the available items for your bowl in the buffet line and so it's fun to come back. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I enjoy watching the food getting cooked and watching the cooking crew have a good time. I greatly enjoy when they suddenly start singing short songs and getting the crowd going. It can get pretty busy in the evening and on weekends so give yourself some extra time if planning to go out during prime hours. There's always plenty of garage parking so at least that's not an issue. Highly recommend!”

“So nothing was wrong with the service or atmosphere. Just the food. And mind you my food was fine although not much chicken on the general tso. My wife ordered the sampler and the cheese sticks and crab rangoons were awful. The chicken tenders were ok but you can tell were nothing special.”
