“My family and I went to celebrate a birthday. The food was amazing from the Marsala tenderloin to the chicken parm. They have a great menu with something for everyone. They also have a great selection of gluten free options for dinner and dessert. The dining room is lovely inside. They accommodated our family of 7 with a table in the back room and it was nice and quiet. The service was amazing and our server was always checking on us. Each time I eat here the manager always comes around to make sure everything is going well. Top notch service! I love the family owned feeling and the fresh food! I look forward to our next meal here!”

“Awesome service from Paul and Jenn. Don't be fooled by the outside parking lot. Carbone's Kitchen inside is beautiful and a really nice upscale feel. Lunch menu veal cutlet sandwich was a step above any normal lunch sandwich. Perfect blend of flavors and senses. Would easily return here for lunch or dinner.”

“Early New Years Eve dinner did not disappoint! Marty is always right there to seat us and our waitress was very attentive and pleasant. We've eaten at Carbone's many times but this was the first time I tried the crazy carbonara... Wow! It was amazing... How did I ever get by without trying this dish! My husband ordered the short rib and it was cooked to perfection and presented so beautifully. We celebrated with a bottle of cab and with tax and tip... Under $150. Kudos to the entire staff at Carbones in Bloomfield and Happy New Year!”

“This was our first time here. We were sat in a very comfortable booth in the bar/lounge area. Our server was friendly and attentive. We had the shrimp casino to start. It was pretty good. For dinner we split the lobster stuffed cod. The dish was obviously made to order and the spinach in the dish was so good. I loved the decor and venue. Really cool Italian place.”

“I got the braised short rib - it was a good meal with the cheesy polenta & broccoli rabe, the braised short rib was tender but the meat flavor was stronger than I would have imagined - maybe over cooked, reheated, or a choice? and not enough sauce on top. Overall I was satisfied with my meal and would come back to try something else. Also, the chicken parm was overcooked and did not come out with enough sauce.”
