“Similar to the other Carbone outposts in Miami and Vegas, Carbone Dallas is a gorgeous restaurant situated in the heart of Dallas' Design District. The location has an interesting indoor section styled as a patio/veranda and larger dining room further back which houses plush banquette seating with wood paneled walls (in a style similar to the original location on 181 Thompson in New York). The restaurant is constantly busy with an energetic atmosphere and lively buzz. Food as you would expect is phenomenal and worthy of the Carbone name. Warm bread, salami and pickled cauliflower started off the meal followed on by signature classics such as the spicy rigatoni, steak Diana and clams casino. Dessert is a must here and the Tiramisu is boozy, creamy and showered in chocolate and coffee. Service here is excellent and we found the pacing of dishes to be perfect. Excellent for a date night or a nice meal. Reservations are recommended but not required. Budget approximately $150/pp with tax and tips.”

“We dined here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The service was excellent. The three-course meal was delicious. Everything the captain brought to the table from the bread to the drinks to the entrees and sides to the dessert was top tier. It was among the best food I’ve ever had. Several of us had to use the restroom, and they too were clean and pleasant.”

“We went here for my son’s 20th birthday. The music and ambiance was great! Service is excellent but be aware to ask about prices of specials. We paid wwwaaaayyy too much for a steak that’s was average. Overall worth going at least once. Meatballs were fine, bread basket is delicious, great wine selection, rigatoni is amazing but steak is overpriced. Comes sliced which is nice.”

“We visited Carbone Dallas for Valentine’s Day and had an incredible experience from start to finish. Despite it being a very busy night with a fixed menu, everything felt seamless — from being seated to the pacing of the meal. The service was friendly, polished, and attentive without ever feeling rushed, and the restaurant somehow maintained an intimate atmosphere even at full capacity. Every course was delicious. We started with the carpaccio and Caesar salad, and added the oysters with caviar, which ended up being the best thing I ate all night. The spicy rigatoni was as amazing as always, followed by excellent meatballs, a perfectly cooked filet, and a fantastic veal parmesan. Dessert absolutely lived up to the rest of the meal — the lemon cheesecake was incredible, and the hazelnut terrine was the perfect finish. Overall, an outstanding dining experience with exceptional food, flawless service, and an atmosphere that made a special occasion feel truly special.”
