“Wow!!!! Amazing experience at Carne Mare. Came for a birthday celebration and they made it very special. Wonderful fresh oysters, loved the flavor for the grilled oysters. Dinner was fabulous. The prime rib was so flavorful and delicious. Baked potato was super soft and cheesy. Shishito peppers were super flavorful too. Loved the Stromboli and the experience they made with the flambé. Overall wonderful experience at carne mare and would recommend for a special dinner.”

“The staff is what made this a great dinner, amazing hospitality. The bread, roasted chicken and sea bass were really good. I would skip the crudo and octopus carpaccio next time. The ribeye was 7/10. Make sure to order the roasted potatoes side dish!!”

The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between elegant and relaxed, and the staff’s warmth and professionalism truly enhanced our dining experience.  ⚪ The Yellowfin Tuna Tartare 🐟 was refreshingly clean and bright on the palate, with a perfect balance of acidity and freshness — an excellent choice to start the meal.  🦆 The Whole Roast Duck d’Ivan 🦆 arrived beautifully presented, generously portioned, with tender, juicy meat and crisp skin that brought rich aroma and flavor — perfect for sharing with your table.  🥩 The 8 oz Center-Cut Filet Mignon 🥩 showcased superbly tender beef, and I absolutely loved the accompanying green sauce — likely a spinach-herb blend — which elevated the dish with vibrant savory notes.  🍸🍷 The cocktails and beverage program also stood out — visually appealing and wonderfully balanced in flavor. That night happened to be my friend’s birthday, and we were surprised (and delighted) to see his name on the menu, which made the evening even more unforgettable 🥳🎉. The service was exceptional throughout, making for a truly memorable night. Overall, Carne Mare is a dining destination worth returning to, whether for celebrations, date nights, or special dinners with friends. 🌇🥂”

“Highly recommended date night dinner. We've come here twice now, two years apart and both times were superb. The restaurant interior is like stepping into a movie and the staff go above and beyond in making your experience memorable. The food is presented and cooked with great detail. The brussel sprouts as a side were a surprising highlight. Be prepared to splurge on your meal here, but is definitely worth it for a special ocassion.”

“We visited this restaurant to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The atmosphere was much less formal than I had expected, and there were plenty of guests dressed casually. The high ceilings and spacious dining room created a very comfortable and relaxing environment. The service was also excellent. The timing of each course was well managed, and every member of the staff was genuinely kind and attentive. They truly helped make my wife’s special day feel even more special. We ordered the shrimp cocktail, wagyu tartare, dry-aged tomahawk steak, sautéed prawns and scallops, and the twice-baked potato. What impressed me most was the seafood. The prawns and scallops were cooked beautifully, and the sauces had remarkable depth of flavor. The twice-baked potato was also outstanding. The potato flavor was preserved perfectly, and the texture struck an ideal balance, neither too soft nor too firm. As for the steak, it was unquestionably excellent. The meat was exceptionally clean-tasting and expertly prepared. At the same time, I felt that it lacked a truly distinctive characteristic that would make it stand out among New York’s top-tier steakhouses. If I lived in New York, I would certainly consider returning. Whether it is worth traveling a long distance specifically to revisit may be a more difficult question. That said, it was an excellent meal and a memorable experience. There is no doubt that this is a very fine restaurant.”
