A lively and cosmopolitan restaurant in the heart of historic Fenway, next to the legendary Symphony Hall. Spacious yet comfortable dining area, two elegant and inviting bars.
“My husband and I came from out of town to see a concert and we needed food before the concert. I'm so happy this place popped up in our search! It is just around the corner from the symphony hall. They had filled up all their table with reservations with a lot of concert attendees, but thankfully the bar was open seating. I'm typically really hesitant about bar seating when food is involved because it can be so hard to juggle handling the bar and dealing with food orders, but we treated with such care! I'm so grateful we stopped through on our trip and I will definitely be back when I'm in town again.”
“We tried the sliders and my wife got the chicken sandwich—both were very good. The fries were solid as well. They have nice drink specials, though the overall selection isn’t huge. We showed up around 6pm on a Thursday and couldn’t get a table in the dining room, so we sat at the high-top tables near the bar. The staff was friendly and did a good job, especially once the place got busy quickly. It seemed like it would be tough to keep up with all the tables during the rush, but they handled it well.”
“Friendly staff They were very busy with those heading out to the Symphony At 7.30 the place was almost empty They kindly moved us to one of the freed up booths in the back Calamari were really nice Fish and chips was ok”
“I stopped here for a meal after a basketball game while I was in the area. The seafood Mac and cheese was really good. A nice portion size. And the service was consistent.”
“My son came into the city to have dinner with me and I suggested this place. I had been there once before and recalled the burger I had was good. The atmosphere is Irish 1920s and the place was deserted. I ordered the steak tips special with mashed and it was pretty good. My son tried the lobster roll in hot butter and he thought it was outstanding. Our server was friendly enough, but she had a tendency to disappear for stretches. Odd considering she only had two tables to deal with. The place is worth trying if you're in the area.”
