“I had not been in years but it was requested by one of my kids for their birthday so we made a reservation. It really exceeded expectations this time. Great food, absolutely charming service from a young man named Eric (I think), and lovely interior seating in a booth. See pics for food. Will definitely not wait so long to go again!”

“Thank you Lombardo for a wonderful birthday experience! As a transplant, I can attest that Lombardo is one of the only restaurants in Buffalo that truly hosts a NYC -esque dining experience. From the valet parking, to coat check, to an attentive maître d’, the service was excellent. For dinner I decided to try the Sicilian food & wine tasting, and was not disappointed. The five-cheese arancini was hearty and delicious. The Zuppa di Pesce was cooked perfectly and the broth was to die for! I definitely could’ve appreciated a slightly larger portion, however everything was delicious. The orange wine pairing for dinner was sooo refreshing. I ended the evening with a chocolate gelato that was decadent and left me stuffed. From the maître d’ who checked in multiple times to ensure I was enjoying my night to my server Ana, thank you for a beautiful evening! I will be back to celebrate with you in the near future.”

“We celebrated my Birthday at Lombardo’s last night starting with drinks 🍷 at their intimate bar! Then we were seated for dinner in the beautiful dining room at a stunning table all to ourselves. We ordered the table side presentation Caesar salad 🥗 yum! Our table was decorated with flowers 🌺.Also warm bread 🥖 arrived with butter and sea salt. I ordered the Continental dinner shrimp veal pasta broccolini delicious! Another delicious pasta dish with green sauce was our second order.’ Everyone served us with individual care delightful! “TL;DR: The food at Lombardo’s was delicious—especially the Caesar salad, phenomenal. Service was ok (it wasn’t bad, but nothing stop exceptional either). The only downside was the atmosphere; it was much louder than expected. Would totally go back through - in fact, I’m looking forward to my next visit.”
