Luigis is a neighborhood restaurant serving generations for over 70 years. Opened as a pizzeria in the early 1950's, Luigis has remained small in size, but big in nostalgia and originality. Proudly serving award winning pizza, lamb chops, steaks, pasta and seafood.
“As a Level 7 Google Local Guide with 4.6M+ views, we went to Luigi’s Italian Restaurant in Harrison Township, MI for my husband’s birthday. Even with a reservation, we waited about 30 minutes because it was so packed, but the outdoor ""seating""under the awning was nice. The busy street location, good vibes, cool mood lighting, and nice wine list make it feel both family-friendly and romantic. The chicken Alfredo was top-notch—my husband orders it everywhere, and this one didn’t disappoint. I tried the seafood gnocchi, which was okay (maybe too seafood-y for me), but next time I’m definitely getting the pizza—it looked amazing. The bread and oil for dipping is my kryptonite. Our server was great, and overall it’s a fun, lively spot that’s perfect for celebrations or date nights.”
“First time here and it was excellent From the service to the food everything was amazing Our Waitress- Kaitlin S - very on point and checked on us often - Thank You for making my first time such a great experience The Ribs are 5 star in my opinion I’ll definitely be back”
“This is by far our favorite restaurant. Every dish was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The escargot was rich, buttery, and perfectly seasoned, with garlic and herbs that soaked beautifully into the tender bites. The mushroom risotto with shrimp was creamy and indulgent, balanced by earthy mushrooms and plump, perfectly cooked shrimp that added just the right touch of sweetness. The filet with crab legs was the true showstopper—an incredibly tender, flavorful steak paired with sweet, succulent crab that elevated the dish to pure luxury. For dessert, the triple chocolate cake was decadent without being overwhelming, deeply chocolatey and moist in every bite. The tiramisu was light, creamy, and perfectly balanced, with bold espresso flavor and just enough sweetness to end the meal on a high note. Overall, an unforgettable dining experience as usual with expertly prepared dishes that felt both comforting and delicious. Along with a cozy, romantic and friendly atmosphere.”
“Filet Rockefeller all the way!!!! Great service table ready on time with reservation perch stack app awesome. Nice dinner and girls night w Grams. She had a large portion mushroom risotto w shrimp for to enjoy it the next day as well. House salad w creamy garlic yum oh and crème brûlée to finish outstanding!”
“There was a family party in the back patio room. Many children there. They were running up and down the aisle way where the wait staff was serving. No parental control and no one from the restaurant said anything to the parents. Very rude and disruptive. Management should have addressed this issue. Not a great time.”
