“The atmosphere was very clean, cozy, and elegant. The steak was better than expected! They serve pretty quickly.”
“As someone who travels and stops it almost any location. Oyster Bay is absolutely phenomenal, especially being in Cape May! What an excellent spot with fantastic servers and incredible oysters. I will absolutely be going out of my way to be stopping here again, especially during happy hour”
“Delicious food, fresh oysters, great service, and a very nice atmosphere. We really enjoyed our dinner.”
“5/2026 very nice restaurant. Nice server as well. We had the filet mignon and shrimp risotto. Very tasty. Mashed potatoes and a vegetable medley came with the filet. Both were good. Have to ask for bread and there's the idiotic 3% upcharge if you use credit. Prices were a little high but nowadays, virtually nothing can be done about our failed government. Enjoy it while you can folks! I'm not sure how anyone can get out of here paying $20 per person does Google has on its low end, unless you get an appetizer only. With tax and tip and all that extra crap, you're definitely spending over $30 a person. If you get drinks appetizers etc you're going to be closer to $50 per person or more. I would recommend if you have some money to burn. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of the food which was very well presented so I included some local wildlife pictures. You're welcome.”
“Beautiful restaurant. We went for the first time for Restaurant Week. We were very happy with the apps, mains and dessert. Service was weak. After being seated with the menus, we had to ask for the restaurant week menu. That was a first. After ordering, we were quickly served the first course by the busboy. We wanted bread with my soup and her salad. Waiter was nowhere to be found. I got up and searched and someone asked if I needed help, I told her, and our waiter returned with the bread. After that, the waiter was more attentive. There is a large drinks menu but no beers on the menu. The waiter rattled off the beers, none of which are familiar, all craft beers, no descriptions, unacceptable in fine dining. There should be a printed list with a description of each, even if they change daily, which I doubt. So, you have to ask for the restaurant week menu during restaurant week, you have to ask for bread to be served before or with your meal, you have to get up to find your waiter after the food is served, and you can't see a written list of beers served as you are expected to know what each obscure craft beer is like. Not going back, too amateurish, enough better run alternatives in Cape May for these annoyances.”
