“I can't say enough good things about Costa. I've dined there before, and everything was delicious. Recently, I attended their pasta making class, and it was phenomenal. Everyone was so friendly, the atmosphere was fun, the meal was excellent, and we even got to take home the pasta we made. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Costa for dining, special occasions, or their pasta making classes. I can't wait to go back again soon. Thank you for such a great experience!”

“From the moment we sat down, everything felt dialed in. The service was flawless, warm, attentive, and somehow always there right when you needed something without ever feeling overbearing. The servers were just genuinely on it the entire time, really knowledgeable about the menu, super friendly, and made the whole experience feel personal without trying too hard(shoutout Shannan). The food was genuinely unforgettable. Every dish was incredible, but the pasta completely stole the show. The chef came to the table and shaved fresh truffles right over it, and it honestly turned a great dish into something you don’t forget. Everything tasted rich, fresh, and perfectly balanced. It’s the kind of place where you finish your meal already thinking about when you’re coming back. I won’t be surprised if I’m back next week!”

“Phenomenal experience! Sat at the bar and had one of the best dinners I’ve had in a long time. Staff front to back was amazing! Chef Will as well as the exec chef all spoke to me as did the matrie d who went over specials when seating me! Hands down one of the best restaurants in town! Bartender (female) is an amazing navigator to the experience name is escaping me as was the bar managers name but both were amazing! But both those two were what you hope for to be champions to the experience and they crushed it! The Crudo, Wagyu, The Aspargus, Sweet Potatoes, and Hazelenut dessert were all phenomenal as was the Tiramisu espresso martini! I’ll be back for the sunset/golden hour soon which I hear is a can’t miss!”
