“We took Karen's Grandaughter and her boyfriend out for dinner. We had a great time. The atmosphere was very nice - outside on a large canal with large boats going by. Very relaxing. The service was very nice. The food was properly prepared and very tasty. Prices moderate. Cocktails interesting and creative. Very nice to spend some time together. We would definitely go back - but we were on a road trip and Momo's is 500 miles (or so) from our home. But ... if you live in the Charleston area - a great place to go!!!”

“Momo's is always AMAZING! Today was my first time sitting inside upstairs so we had a great view of the waterfront. Started off with an Espresso Martini and and an Aperol Sptritz which both were heavenly. Best crunchy coated French Toast I've ever had and my friend loved her steak and eggs. Highly recommend! 10/10.”

“MoMo’s Waterfront Restaurant absolutely delivered a memorable dining experience for us. From the drinks to the atmosphere, everything felt thoughtfully put together. We started with an espresso martini, and it was easily one of the highlights—rich, flavorful, perfectly foamy, and honestly left us wishing we had ordered another. It set the tone right away. For an appetizer, we tried the dill pickle dip. The texture was more whipped than expected, with fresh dill and small chunks of pickle throughout, which gave it a really fresh, balanced flavor. It came with Zapp’s Voodoo chips, which have that signature vinegary kick. While they paired surprisingly well, having an additional option like a neutral cracker or classic chip would have taken it up a notch. That said, the portion was generous and definitely worth ordering. The standout dish of the night was the steak frites. The steak was incredibly well-seasoned—tender, buttery, and practically melted in your mouth. The chimichurri added a fresh, tangy contrast that complemented it beautifully. The shoestring fries were crispy and came with a tangy cheese sauce that was just as flavorful as everything else on the plate. We also tried the white chocolate pistachio martini, which was creamy with a distinct pistachio flavor and a fun presentation. The green color and crushed pistachio rim made it feel just as special as it tasted. Service was another strong point. Our server was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful—especially when it came to guiding us toward the right appetizer. The space itself is cozy, so reservations are definitely a good idea. The bathrooms were clean, and while you can get away with casual attire, the vibe leans more toward business casual or slightly elevated. The waterfront view adds a nice touch, but if you can time your visit for a sunny day, sitting out on the patio would be the way to go. Overall, MoMo’s strikes a great balance between elevated flavors and a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a spot we’d come back to.”

“We absolutely LOVED Momo's! We are already planning a trip back to Charleston just to go back to Momo's. The atmosphere, ambiance, and food were awesome! UPDATE: I enjoyed the herb and truffle fries. I got the MOMO burger w/o the Momo sauce w truffle fries and my son got the chicken sandwich w herb fries. Of course we tried each other's fries. I love the staff. They are kind, helpful, and friendly. The price is reasonable. The ordering process was easy and the wait staff was quick and so was getting our food.”

She made some amazing food and drink recommendation and omg- Delicious and Amazing!! The Brussels sprout appetizer was definitely my favorite! I took so many pictures of the food and drinks- and the whole place is so Gorgeous decorated😍 Indoor and outdoor seating 🌴”
