Alleia is an Italian restaurant in the Southside neighborhood of Chattanooga.
“We had a wonderful experience dining here for dinner. I had the cannellini bean-roasted red pepper bruschetta and tonnarelli mushroom ragù with pine nut cheese which were both delicious and new dishes I was excited to try. The waitress and the ambience helped with the overall experience. Would love to come back to dine here.”
“Saturday evening - highly recommend reservations. We had our 1 year anniversary dinner and were not disappointed in any aspect. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Dakota is a fantastic server with a keen eye for his tables. The food was fresh and creative. We did enjoy the no. Traditional ricotta bruschetta with honey and 2 different pasta dishes. Plan ahead (come hungry) and take your time - it’s a place to enjoy for sure.”
“The dining experience here is truly excellent. The pizza has a unique and delightful flavor, and the pasta is absolutely delicious. I loved Honey Bruschetta and Panna Cotta stands out as one of the best desserts I’ve had in a long time. The service is outstanding, and the place is well maintained, making it a perfect spot to enjoy quality time with family.”
“Everything was perfect! Four of us were in Chattanooga for a week on vacation. We liked Alleia so much, we went twice. Our server, Christopher (we requested him on our second visit), was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu items and the wine list. The food was amazing as the attached pictures will show. We will definitely return if we're in Chattanooga again.”
“My friend and I visited Alleia tonight while on vacation. The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous—dark and moody with gorgeous fixtures and art. Our server, Steven was an absolute delight and checked on us regularly throughout the night. My friend and I each got a cocktail—the sangria for me and the southside slammer for her. Both drinks were 10/10, with such perfectly balanced flavor profiles that my friend actually looked up a recipe for hers 😂 for appetizers, we split the cannellini bean bruschetta and the caesar salad. That was easily the best salad I’ve had in years. It was lightly dressed, but absolutely not light on flavor. She did the pizza with prosciutto and arugula for her main, while I did the baked crest rigate. These are both very generous portion sizes. She felt like the pizza was good, but a bit salty. My dish was verysaltyy, but I’m pretty sure it was just the cheese that was used because the sauce was perfect and the pasta was gorgeous. I can’t say we would ever go back for food if we happened to back in Chattanooga, but we would definitely go for pre or post dinner drinks.”
