“Great location for families! The pools were fun and spacious, the cantina food and drinks were delicious, the resort is peaceful (the variety of gardens were fun to explore). Room was comfy and clean. We rented e bikes one day, such a great service to offer right from the resort. We loved our stay here!”

“If you have a baby, this place is honestly perfect. They had everything from a 4moms crib to stroller-friendly access throughout the property, plus a designated kids pool. I definitely recommend bringing your own baby floatie though. We brought one with a canopy and it made pool time so much easier and more enjoyable. The layout of the resort is super convenient. Buildings are connected by tunnels, making it easy to get to the pool, lobby, and parking garage without hauling everything outside. Parking is directly underneath your building, which was a huge plus with a baby and all the extra gear. The staff was wonderful. Check-in was quick and easy, and they were very responsive through the text messaging system whenever we needed anything. They automatically upgraded our room, accommodated our late checkout request, and even brought up a microwave for us. Rooms were spacious and very clean, and overall it was such a great staycation spot for families with children. Poolside service and the restaurant were both great as well. My only complaint is that while the rooms were clean, they did have an older, slightly outdated smell, and the AC could work better. Other than that, we had a really great experience.”

“We typically do not take the time to leave reviews, but our recent stay at Loews Coronado Bay Resort was genuinely exceptional and absolutely worth recognizing. One of the highlights was the Grow Garden Seafood Cooking Series on April 4. Executive Chef Jesse Llapitan, Chef de Cuisine Ana Rosales, and Executive Sous Chef Angel Jaramillo created an experience that was warm, approachable, interactive, and honestly so much fun. The food demonstration was excellent, they were incredibly open to questions, and the entire event was engaging from beginning to end. It was truly a blast, and we highly recommend it. We sincerely hope Loews continues to offer this experience. In fact, because we enjoyed the cooking series so much, we decided to stay on property and dine on-site later that evening rather than go to another location where we already had reservations. The meal was excellent and only reinforced how outstanding the culinary team is. The following day, we also attended the Easter brunch, which was absolutely phenomenal. Chef Jesse, Chef Angel, and La Cantina Chef Adrian Covarrubias made it an Easter brunch to remember. The food quality, presentation, and overall atmosphere were exceptional. Beyond the dining experiences, the Sea Spa massage was awesome and another standout part of our stay. The property itself was beautiful, relaxing, and made it easy to fully enjoy every part of the visit. This was a truly memorable stay, and we will certainly be back.”

“The location is a 15-minute free shuttle ride from the resort to Coronado Village. My wife, daughter and I stayed 3 nights and planned to explore San Diego but ended up never leaving Coronado and spent a lot more time at the resort than I planned to. You have pretty much a huge private beach, three beautiful pools and two hot tubs. The Crown Landing has great food and is reasonably priced. The site is beautifully designed and kept. Room rate was quite reasonable.”

“I had such a wonderful experience at Loews Coronado Bay Resort. The atmosphere is incredibly calm and relaxing, and the views at the Cays Lounge—right on the water—are absolutely beautiful. It’s the perfect place to unwind and take it all in. Lonnie was warm, kind, and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my entire visit. She truly made the experience even more enjoyable. I felt welcomed and well cared for the whole time. I’ll definitely be back.”
