“Cooper at the front desk was amazing! Professional, friendly, and made the stay even better! All the workers on site were also smiling and very friendly! Absolutely beautiful ground! The waterfall, the birds, the mini hiking, the minerals on display, absolutely cherished the grounds. Lots of stores nearby for any last minute or late needs. Highly recommend this resort!”
“We had an amazing stay with our family and two little kiddos. We have a 1 and 3 year old and stayed in the canyon suites so everyone had plenty of room. I called ahead to preorder a charcuterie board for the room and told them we had two little kids with us and the hotel surprised us with balloons and cookies for our girls!! The canyon suites were amazing and so clean! The maids were amazing and left the room so clean every day! The room service was wonderful (wish they had a few more seafood options for room service like the fish tacos from Bill’s Grill (pool bar) would have been fabulous) but all of the restaurants had amazing food!! Flying V’s was great too we did 5pm dinner there and our waitress Alexis was the best with our little girls and our glass of water was always full and all of the wait staff was so great with our children. This hotel was fabulous for small children but felt classy and great for adults too! We will be back!!”
“Fantastic resort. Incredibly quiet and peaceful. The rooms are large, clean, and have any amenity you could need. The staff is great and courteous. Laz at Bill's Grill and Toby and Devynn at Flying V provided exceptional service. I recommend avoiding Cascade for dinner. The service was okay but it took about 45 minutes to get our food. Overall, a wonderful experience. Will be coming again.”
“This hotel is truly beautiful—a hidden treasure that feels like an escape into another world. The food was amazing, and the surrounding nature creates such a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. The customer service was exceptional from beginning to end, making the experience even more memorable. We also received a welcome pet kit, which was absolutely adorable and great quality. It was such a thoughtful touch. I would definitely recommend feeding the koi fish, as the hotel provides food for them, and it adds to the charm of the stay. The sunset views are breathtaking as well. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel. I will definitely be coming back.”
“This is a resort from 1982 that brings to mind the phrase "aging gracefully." The rooms are large, and pleasantly decorated. The suites were poorly done though. Some of them were clearly tucked into odd spaces where the architect had some extra space, rather than deliberately placed. Our first room was a suite that I can only describe as being in the armpit of the building, where two wings intersected. We moved to a regular room, and that was great. The age shoes in things like patches in the stonework or worn bathroom tiles. Prices were reasonable. I thought the restaurant was pretty good. A good place for a nice family vacation.”
