Ani Ramen - Cranford is a Japanese restaurant in the Downtown Cranford neighborhood of Cranford.
“Came on a Tuesday for lunch as a solo diner. Was sat and served quickly especially considering I was 1 of 2 tables in the restaurant. Plenty of take out orders were leaving the door. My waitor was very polite and quick. I ordered a blueberry lemomade mocktail and sapporo spicy miso with egg. Very tasty and filling! I am stuffed. I could have drank 2 bowls worth of that broth. If youre in the area and craving ramen, check it out. Recommend.”
“Great experience here! The staff were very nice and the food was great. Really enjoyed the wagyu gyozas and chef special bowl.”
“I had such a great experience here, and a big part of that was thanks to my server, Rachael! It was my first time visiting, and she was incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment I sat down. I wasn’t sure what to order, but she recommended the shoyu ramen and told me to add an egg to it and I’m so glad I listened because it was absolutely delicious. Rachael was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy, especially since it was my first time trying ramen there. The broth was flavorful, the noodles were perfect, and the egg was the perfect addition. You can tell she really knows the menu and cares about customers having a good experience. Overall, amazing service and amazing food. If you go, definitely ask for Rachael, she’ll take great care of you!”
“I’ve been wanting to try this beautiful gem for a while, and it did not disappoint! The food was amazing — I had the chef’s special (a little spicy, just the way I like it), along with edamame and their yuzu lemonade — absolutely delicious! Definitely will be coming back again!”
“Service was good, but food was subpar, we ordered the chef special ramen and wagyu shoyu ramen, the wagyu shoyu was ok but the chef special ramen was EXTREMELY salty, I was only able to finish the toppings , both the broth and the noodles were too salty to finish. The noodles were also clumped together (as you can see in the image) which was a big letdown.”
