“Been to alot of Omakases and this place definitely is in my top 5! Fish quality was amazing. Great selection of sake. Service was also excellent. Would definitely come back to Shoyo. The restaurant is very intimate and they pay attention to each patron.”
“I’d like to give it more stars. No kidding, hands down our best dining experience. And we’ve eaten in some kick ass places. This was not a dinner. This was an experience. The recommendations for the sake, the education by the chef and the flavours of the food. Daaang!!!! This was deep. Loved it.”
“Had an AMAZING birthday celebration at Shoyo. The ambiance was on point, the service was A++++ and the food was melt in your mouth delicious! Everything was so fresh and Chef Jimmy was exceptional at his craftsmanship. Along with his crew, they displayed great attentiveness and hospitality towards the guests. Would love to experience this again!”
“I had such a great time at Shoyo in Dallas! Chef Jimmy Park is not only super talented but also really fun and entertaining, which made the whole evening even better. The sushi was incredibly fresh, and the uni was hands down the best I’ve ever had – so creamy and rich! What I loved most was how Chef Jimmy explained everything about the fish, like where it came from and what makes it special. It made the meal feel more personal and made each bite taste even better. The place is spotless, and the staff is so attentive. They kept everything clean, down to the tiniest crumbs, which gave me a lot of trust in the whole experience. Parking is valet, and the entrance is really low-key, so it’s easy to miss if you’re not looking carefully. But once you’re inside, it’s all about amazing food and great vibes. If you’re into sushi and looking for a special night out, I’d totally recommend Shoyo!”
