Equally impressive was Caroline, who led the wine tasting with confidence, warmth, and deep knowledge. She guided us seamlessly through each pour, connecting the wines to the food and the Four Graces story in a way that was both educational and approachable. From service to storytelling, Anthology is the perfect blend of hospitality, artistry, and intention. An absolute standout experience in Dundee Hills and a must-visit for anyone who truly appreciates food, wine, and connection.”

“Once, I was a girl who had never eaten at Anthology. That girl lived in a dimmer world. Now I am a girl who has dined at Anthology, and everything feels a little brighter, a little more magical. The meal was an exotic, unforgettable love affair from the first bite. Chef Chase and Chef Zach create food the way poets write sonnets—each dish, each sketch, each story felt like a little confession of passion on a plate. And Caroline, with her graceful wine pairings, tied the whole experience together like a perfect ending to a romance novel. But the squash four ways and the mushrooms… oh, the mushrooms. I’m convinced they’re my new cinematic love interest—mysterious, captivating, the kind of dreamy hero who appears in a sweeping black cape and steals your heart in a single glance. I may never recover.”

“Amazing culinary experience! Chefs were awesome and so fun to talk to - enhanced the meal and made for a fun evening! Food was lights out - I seldom eat out and think "that was a must do", but Anthology was just such an experience. Highly recommend!!”

“My partner and I are huge foodies and I was skeptical at first. However, this meal far surpassed Michelin Star level dinners I’ve had in California, Vancouver, and Spain. Chase, Zach, Caroline, and Peter were AMAZING. Personable, authentic, and vibrant. Everything was creative and fun from the food, to the wine, to the conversation.”

“I went here for my birthday dinner. Not impressed. Great service but the quality vs price does not make any sense. I consider myself a foodie and have been to Michelin Star restaurants that have prices lower than this restaurant. To be honest, the food prepared was not good that night. The chefs were friendly sure but presentation and taste was very disappointing. (See photos) When you go to a “fine” restaurant you expect to have an amazing experience, unfortunately I do not think this place is worth it. I believe the average person may be blown away from the food or the experience but from someone that enjoys finer foods I would definitely not recommend anthology.”
