Q grill is a Korean restaurant in the Fort Lee neighborhood of Fort Lee.
“If you haven't been to Q Grill in Fort Lee yet, you are seriously missing out. We had an great meal, but a few dishes absolutely stole the show. The experience started off strong because the banchan was incredibly plentiful, giving us so many great sides to taste. A huge standout was the kimchi, it tasted so fresh yet beautifully and well-fermented, hitting that perfect balance of crunch and tang. For the main event, we opted for the Trinity Wagyu combination, and it was spectacular. The beef was incredibly velvety, rich, and luxurious. To call it tender is an understatement—every single bite practically melted in my mouth, packed with that premium, juicy flavor you only get from high-quality Wagyu cuts. The JapChae was executed perfectly with that ideal, bouncy chew and a beautifully balanced, savory-sweet sesame soy sauce. We also ordered the spicy rice cakes with cheese, which were the ultimate comfort food—perfectly chewy with just the right amount of kick, smothered in melted, gooey cheese. Between the generous sides, the cheese-pulled rice cakes, and the top-tier meats from the Trinity combo, Q Grill is officially a favorite. Can't wait to come back!”
“Everyone was so kind and attentive! At one point a server saw me trying to cut into something and just came over to cut it for me. I’ve been to a bunch of kbbq down in Edison and up in Fort Lee and we LOVED this place. I also wanna add that I love the tea. The atmosphere is soft and calm, the people are kind and the food was 10/10! Also love that they have an alcohol menu.”
“My fiance and I came here the other day. The food was incredible, it was our first time trying KBBQ and we had such a great experience! The service was great all the staff was super nice (our waiter Joseph was super kind!) the power went out due to a snow storm mid meal & we still felt well taken care of (plenty of candles and servers around). I would recommend trying this place!!:) The hanger steak & marinated short rib were out favorites !”
“The grilled Parmesan oysters are my favorite — so fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The rest of the food is also as amazing — everything from the BBQ to the seafood dishes tastes great and comes out hot and well-seasoned. Friendly service and a relaxed vibe make it even better. Definitely one of my go-to spots!”
“We stopped by Q Grill after seeing the fall foliage nearby, and it completely lived up to the hype! So many of my friends had recommended it — now I totally understand why. We started with the live octopus , beef tartare, and marinated raw crab. It was my first time trying freshly prepared live octopus — the tentacles were still moving when served, which was both fascinating and delicious! The raw crab was also perfectly marinated and incredibly flavorful — you can just gently suck the meat out. The beef short rib soup came with two huge bone-in ribs, and the broth was rich and comforting — highly recommend! For the main course, we ordered the Premium Meat Set for Two, which included a massive cut of Japanese A5 Wagyu . Honestly, I’ve never seen such a generous portion of A5 beef at a BBQ place before. The Korean ajumma grilled it for us and even showed us how to enjoy it without feeling greasy — like pairing it with pickled radish for balance. It was absolutely melt-in-your-mouth delicious! The set also included American Wagyu and marinated short ribs, both tender and full of flavor. The BBQ sauce was just right — not overly sweet. Their side dishes, seafood tofu soup, and steamed egg were all on point too. We left completely full and happy! The food here tastes super authentic, and the staff (especially the Korean aunties) are so kind and attentive — they make sure you’re enjoying everything properly.”
