“Frankly, the best gnocchi I've ever had, bar none. Divine. Also frankly, I was still hungry after eating the gnocchi and a caesar, and I'm not a particularly ravenous sort. That said, overall I was very very impressed. Our waiter was kind and personable, everything was delicious, and there was no wait. My wife ordered the local fish, which was also fabulous. The atmosphere was also very nice— great classy decor, cool two-floor layout, nice framed liqueur posters on the walls. The music choices didn't suit my expectations (Peter Gabriel, Tracy Chapman, The Police); though the music wasn't very loud, so it didn't detract much. So I'd say: Go for a fantastic but light meal, or be willing to order more than you may expect. But I'd absolutely recommend that you go. If I am ever back in the area, I'll be sure to come again.”

It’s one of those places where you instantly feel like you’re in a special spot. The food was outstanding. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and authentic, especially the homemade pasta — you can really tell it’s made with care. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. Even the bread and appetizers were amazing and set the tone for the whole dinner. The service was just as impressive. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel comfortable without being intrusive. It felt like a perfect place for a relaxed but still elegant dinner. “Every time we visit this restaurant it just blows us away! The service, the friendliness, the staff and the ownership just go above and beyond to deliver the best food and service in Mystic! Coming from Federal Hill RI, I know Italian food and this is the most authentic and delicious Italian restaurant in the area. Homemade pasta and sauce to die for. Fabulous wines, and the best seat is at the bar. We’ll be coming here again real soon! Here’s a secret, come Sunday and they have some off menu specials that are insane!”
