“Italian made right!! Such a great restaurant in Highland Park. Was in town and went for a work dinner and we ordered a variety of apps, meals and dessert and not disappointed in any of the dishes. We were having too much fun with the atmosphere and conversations I forgot to take pictures! Restaurant manager Justin was a fabulous, server Bailey was just as fab. Gluten-free friendly that those of us eating gluten would order! We got the meatballs, grilled calamari and chopped salad. Meals were the shrimp scampi, vodka sauce pasta, short rib ragu pasta and chicken parm. All 10/10. Dessert. Save room for dessert! Tiramisu and gelato. Strawberry gelato was amazing. Definitely going to try to make my way back. Their pizza and other items looked yummy too. Just go!”

“Food, service, and atmosphere were immaculate. Emily our server was attentive, had great recommendations, and excellent service!! Shrimp scampi was to die for. Appetizer we had crispy calamari and they were amazing. Pasta came on the side of the shrimp scampi and was so yummy to mix in. The manager made sure our new years was special with champagne on the house and even a complimentary polaroid photo!! So sweet. Definitely worthy of coming back. Thanks for an amazing night!!! “Truly amazing food, amazing service, and amazing atmosphere here. I’ve had Danny as my server and he was great! He took good care of us, chatted with us, and kept checking in on us. Also recommended some of the best dishes, including their gluten free pasta and pizza here which are amazing! The restaurant is very clean, and was actually pretty busy, but nonetheless, everyone was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!! “I was really excited to try DeNucci’s because I have seen it everywhere, but it did not live up to the hype for me. The bruschetta was great, but the vodka pasta tasted sour and was not enjoyable. The chocolate gelato was good, but nothing special. Service was nice and the vibe was cute, but overall the food missed the mark. I might come back to try the Tavern Pizza on Mondays, but I am unsure after this visit.”
