“I visited Chapman and Kirby for a Kentucky Derby watch party event. All of the staff are very helpful, attentive and prompt. The atmosphere is why people say "Never leave Houston on a Sunday" Reserve your section early, as this venue fills up fast and you will not get a table if you are late. I gave the food only 4 stars, because I honestly only had the ceviche and while it was great, the chips were homemade but just a smidge to greasy for me. A friend ordered the pizza appetizer and it's as big as a small pizza. Bottle service was excellent as well. Book your next event or get together soon!”

“Wow. Chapman & Kirby owed me nothing, not even a receipt for everything I paid for while hanging out on a Sunday evening. The crowd was a great mix of vibrant young and middle aged adults, all dressed well and looking beautiful. There was seating both inside and outside, plus plenty of room for a dance floor. The DJs played mixes from major cities and different vibes, including a little Afrobeat, which kept the energy right. The hookahs were burning, cigars were smoking, and the atmosphere felt effortless. I will definitely be back. Thanks, Houston.”

“This was our last stop before heading back home to Chicago. We set at the bar for brunch. Our waitress was SHAY!! When I say she was absolutely amazing. Very professional, nice, outgoing. She made our experience great! Thank you Shay! Oh and she makes so good drinks…”

“Sunday brunch. We had reservations for noon and were seated immediately. Our server was promptly at the table and attentive. However, when you're out with your friends laughing and catching up multiple interruptions asking if we can order or need anything can seem like you're being rushed vs being taken care of. There is a 2 hour max on your table and a manager or security will kindly ask you to move. We ordered: Shrimp and grits- ok Truffle fries- good and enough to share Lamb chops- flavorful and cooked as requested. Side car- delicious Lemon drop- juice”
