The vibe is upscale but welcoming, and there’s always something fun going on.”

“Around 12:30 a.m. on December 31, my friends and I visited this establishment. The music was good, and we ordered a hookah and requested menus. The hookah arrived, but the menus never did. About 10 minutes later, a staff member (huge African American man) came out from the back and spoke to us very rudely, telling us we needed to get up because we hadn’t ordered anything, even though we were already smoking our hookah. We decided to leave—not because we didn’t plan to order, but because of his attitude. This place could be much better with more courteous customer service. Women should also be aware that if you’re wearing heels, seating may be restricted unless you are continually ordering food or drinks.”

“The service was not very timely & I disliked the drink that was given(the server recommended cause my original choice was gone). And I was told I still had to pay for it even if they switched the drinks out. The Manager said she wouldn't remove it. It was my birthday celebration & was not having a good time in the corner of the small outside patio. Also, they came out and turned the music up on the small speaker above the door so loud we couldn't even order anything it was so loud.”
