“I went here for a birthday dinner with some family. Surprise to me, there is a complimentary desert (chess pie only) for the birthday person. It was really good, though really small. It was bursting with chocolate flavor, very moist and very sweet, served with a dollop of real whipped cream and a sliced strawberry. I also had the Asian Salad which did not disappoint. You can add a protein for additional $, and I added the grilled chicken. The grilled chicken was also full of flavor. Everyone at the table enjoyed their food choices from BBQ to Burger to Fish & Chips! The pieces of fish were large! Only 1 odd thing to me... Well ate downstairs in the dining room before going up to the rooftop where there was live music. He was good too! The odd part is the bathrooms downstairs are not inside the restaurant. There is 1 family restroom close to the door of the restaurant. The next full women's or men's restroom is a bit of a walk and no signage to indicate. I would definitely update the signage.”

“For five star, reservation needed to eat here. It wasn't all that Steven worked us in before Pink Floyd - Blackjacket symphony show. Expensive for bland food that taste like Wendy's. Fake plants, our server was great Ericka was very friendly and fast. But it was big disappointment on the food. God bless Alabama and America 🇺🇸”

“Our server, the bartender, was great, even though we weren't at the bar. Food was good, just not what I was expecting from a venue in the Von Braun Center. Zero German food. Missed opportunity for a venue that could be an awesome establishment. Wings were good, just not off the chain like I'd expect from an upscale place. Fish and chips were good [Brussels instead of chips were a request that was honored without a problem] . Overall it was good, but I was more shocked that on Friday night the place was almost empty. Definitely could be more than it is.”

“Food decent, ambience decent, service attentive... I guess. We arrived there and had to wait to be seated about 10 minutes after arriving for our reservation and it wasn't overflowing or crowded. We sat, and gave our order. 4 other groups came in 15 to 20 minutes after us and was served before us. We received our food an hour later. We have been twice over a 4 year period. The first time... same thing. I have no idea why we went back... convenience since located at Von Braun... would have been better off going to one of the hotels to have dinner. Oh, did I mention the basics wasn't provided without asking AND waiting... utensils, water, and napkins. I didn't think this place was a finger food place such as Drakes but that is exactly how it is operated. Oh, and the lettuce that was dawned on my husband's burger... see for yourself... old and wilted!”

“This experience was disappointing from start to finish. When we arrived, we sat for more than 10 minutes while the server ignored us. I had to go to the waiter stand to request being reseated where we actually receive service. Service was extremely slow throughout the visit. It took a long time just to get drinks ordered, and even longer before anyone came back to take our order. Several menu items were unavailable, which was frustrating after the wait. Unfortunately, the food didn’t improve the experience. We specifically asked for the potatoes with no salt, but they came out salted. The french toast was not cooked as requested. The eggs were also overcooked. When this was brought to the manager’s attention, he rolled his eyes and then passive aggressively asked if I wanted them recooked. I decided to pass on that since it had taken so long to get the food in the first place and he clearly didn't care about it being right. To make matters worse, the coffee wasn't hot, and our drinks were never checked or refilled. Overall, the service, food quality, and response to concerns fell well below expectations. After a terrible experience and pricey parking, we will not be back.”
