“Oh my goodness. Absolutely the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. The ribeye and duck were melt-in-your-mouth divine. The service was wonderful, the drinks were wonderful, the atmosphere was wonderful…. I literally got a bottle of water spilled on me and it STILL didn’t dampen the experience 😂 Worth every single penny”

“We had a delightful dinner outdoors and enjoying the nice breeze and the tasty food. Sadly, the bartender was unfamiliar on how to make an old fashion. The bourbon, bitters and simple syrup ratios were fine but it was painful to see an orange slice, a maraschino cherry and crushed ice in the drink. Maybe some mentoring by management? We had fried green tomatoes for an app (awesome). Then salmon and a pork chop for main course followed by a bourbon bread pudding.”

“This place is very good. We had the sesame crusted ahi tuna app which was my absolute favorite! I get this everywhere I can & this is the best I’ve had! As well as the fried green tomatoes & the fried oysters only thing I would add is more sauce (maybe for dipping) to each. The mocktail I had was fabulous & the Short rib was also good. The creme brûlée with homemade whipped cream was uniquely delicious. Overall the appetizers are where it’s at! Very unique comfy space & beautiful music.”

“I’m always in for Beef Wellington, which drew us in for the New Year’s Eve fixed menu, trusting from past experience that our high expectations for a luxurious meal would meet with the standards at Cotton Row. But surprisingly, the star of the meal for us turned out to be the Pear and Burrata Salad and the Bananas Foster dessert (which proved a little difficult to eat with the provided spoon, but that is the only fault found). The service was friendly yet formal and the upstairs dining room is as intriguing a space as the wine cellar, where we were sat the time before. We had a lovely time and enjoyed the special occasion thoroughly—as anticipated.”

“Amazing experience! Loved my seat at the bar; listening to the local convo and enjoying the warm atmosphere of this beautifully remodeled old bank. The metal safe door still sits on one of the back restaurant walls. My bartender and server was attentive and steered me in the right direction… the short ribs! Scrumptious! Loved the cheese grits! Great wine selection and the pear dessert was the perfect ending to this charming dinner full of flavor and fun historical facts about this charming city.”
