Miller's Smorgasbord

“What a place. The food is so good. Namely, the Mac and cheese, ham, fried chicken and the bread pudding. So so good. Our server Lisa was a gem. Food was always available and the ambience is quiet and calm which is impressive because there were a lot of people. We didn’t have an rsvp and the host said it’d be an hour and a half wait but realistically we waited maybe 15-20 mins. Great time.”

“Great choices of food. Sad that they did not have beef nor fish. It was mostly pork, turkey, shrimp and chicken. The food was good, cold as expected but still tasty. Dessert was okay, not too many choices to pick from. $31. For the buffet pp. Staff was nice.”

“A huge place with a huge selection of Pennsylvania Dutch fare. You will not leave hungry because you will indeed find things that you love. The dessert choices are amazing! As you enter the restaurant, it has some memorabilia from the past (it started out fairly small), and has a very interesting touch. The person who attended to our table, Alyssa, was very good - a smile on her face at all times, friendly and prompt service, and very professional. Getting in and out of the compound was a doozy because it is located right on a very busy thoroughfare and there are no traffic lights to allow your turn.”

“First timer. Thursday around 1:30. Quickly seated. The place is truly amazing with beautiful decor and wonderful views of the surrounding acreage. There are twelve or more separate food stations each with different types of cuisine to satisfy most peoples tastes. On the average, the food was pretty good with the exception of the carving station. The pork tenderloin was severely overcooked. The place was very chilly and many were complaining. That, plus the cold plates turned most dishes to lukewarm or cold. We will return to try again, but not until springtime”

“Different setup than Sister smorgasbord at Shady Maple. Appears smaller, less seating options (no Booth's). Facility and bathrooms clean. The ice cream is good with flavor options. Drinks not included in buffet price. Met a Army veteran (Woody) who regularly eats here and he gave us an extra coupon that he had which saved us 40%. Millers compound is very clean. Gift shops are worth a visit.”
