Thursdays-Saturdays this summer, bring home the Canlis salad! We've done all the prep work, all you need to do is select your pick up day for the following week, drive through the porte cochere where our valets will have your salad ready for you, take it home, toss, & enjoy. Add on your other Canlis favorites to complete the meal: - 28 ounce dry aged striploin- Twice baked potato- Specially chosen wines from our cellar* Sales will release one week at a time while supplies last

Originally built as Chris Canlis' office, this quickly became the most exclusive table in Seattle. The Caché is an entirely private, intimate room on the 2nd floor of our restaurant with spectacular views across Lake Union and the Cascade Mountains. Please note, there is not an elevator to this floor and can only be accessed by stairs. Guests order from the dining room menu, at $185 per person and there is a $200 room rental fee. The Cache Room is yours for a maximum of 3 hours from your reservation time.DIETARY RESTRICTIONSSet menus for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free guests are always available. Please take note: alliums, salt, soy, sugar, and seaweed cannot be removed from the menu at this time.

Dinner at Canlis is a five course menu at $185 per person. A $100 per person deposit secures your reservation and will be fully applied to your bill. DIETARY REQUESTSWe are pleased to offer modifications for vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free diets. Please note, however, that alliums, salt, sugar, and vinegar are integral to our menu and cannot be removed. Requests to avoid these ingredients may result in the omission of certain courses.
