A "Champagne Tavern," offering weekend brunch, a mouth-watering small-plate dinner menu, full curated bar, and of course lots and lots of sparkling wine.
“Just had a fantastic late-afternoon visit to Coupe & Flute on Beacon Hill. This is exactly the kind of quirky neighborhood champagne tavern Seattle needs more of—eclectic food and drink menu that’s equal parts fun, surprising, and high-quality. The sparkling selection is obviously strong (we did a champagne flight and a French 75), but what I really loved were the thoughtful non-alcoholic choices. The Shrub & Soda was perfectly tingly and not cloyingly sweet—exactly what I want when I’m not drinking. Food-wise, the fresh focaccia came with a tin of sardines (brilliant and completely unexpected). Deviled eggs had been soaking in black tea, and the Korean pork bao was genuinely different and delicious. A couple of us debated the focaccia’s chew factor on the bottom, but I thought it was spot-on. Service was next-level: our server Lorna treated our table like her personal mission to make us ecstatic. She nailed the vibe. Only real note: yes, it’s pricey ($25-ish cocktails and dainty portions mean you’ll order more if you’re hungry). But that’s kind of the point—you’re clearly meant to linger, and after a couple of hours we felt we got our money’s worth. Highly recommend if you want something more interesting than the usual Seattle small-plates scene. We’ll be back.”
“Cute, quaint, and lovely service and all the dishes were fantastic. Small brunch menu but everything we had was delicious. Very sweet place, excited to return!”
“Went on a sleepy Friday evening and had a wonderful time. While we were the only ones there, the warm lighting and cottage vibes made us feel at “home”. The French onion soup with duck stock was super cheesy and delicious! We had kimchi arancini, the fries, and nachos, all yummy and perfect for sharing. To top it all off we had to have the sticky toffee pudding 🥹 it was my favorite dish of the night!! The mocktails here are also fabulous”
“Perfect Sunday spot and we got lucky with a cozy table in the alley. Tempura battered cream puffs were incredible - came with an amazing berry compote that balanced everything out. The deviled tea eggs were such a unique twist on a classic. Duck mousse was the standout though - that hoisin sauce and Szechuan peppercorn gougères were next level. Service was impeccable throughout the meal. Love that they brought the French press with an hourglass timer - nice touch that shows they care about details. Great value for the quality you’re getting here. This place nails that champagne bar vibe while delivering creative dishes.”
“Amazing brunch flight with fabulous food and drinks. Our table got the French 75, grapefruit mimosa and the champagne flight. All great choices! Food was even better. All plates were cleaned at the end!”
