“I have only done carry out orders here so I can only speak to the food quality. I have tried the chicken sandwich and burger. Both were good, ill be it i favor the burgers. Fries are nice and crispy and sandwich amendments were adhered to. Will continue to order food from this location. Edit: as a continued patron, I beg for additional fries. Iv order several times for me an my fiance, 90% of the time I have to sacrifice my own fries as very few are provided while there is also a 3 dollar up charge. Everything previous stated is true and we continue to enjoy the food quality.”
“My husband and I frequent this place as it is one of the best places in Jackson and offers a variety of meal options. We especially love the daily specials and some of our favorites are the Cajun prime rib bites, salmon Wellington & buffalo scallops. Also the Primavera pasta NEVER fails 🔥 With that being said I called to inform them of a birthday celebration with 30+ guest with at least two week notice but possibly longer. It was a Saturday at 6pm and they were extremely booked, but they set up the room and got everything prepped. Waters on the table, menus and silverware. I was extremely impressed and felt like a Queen! Once the guests arrived though service was dramatically slowed down and it seemed as though our waitress was pulled in several directions as she was handling my party AND other tables! It doesn’t matter how much experience you have as a waitress this was OVERLOAD to the fullest and I wish that staffing was better to accommodate the situation. The food took well over an hour probably closer to 1.5 hours and some of that was due to the kitchen overlooking it. I will say that once the food came out more than 70% of my guests were satisfied. I wasn’t able to get pictures of everything because we were pretty ravenous by time the food came out. I hope our waitress got the tip she deserved because she definitely worked hard! The brick wall was a perfect spot to take photos with all my guests too! That was a plus!!!”
“Had the absolute most amazing experience at Knights of Jackson! Not only was each bite of our phenomenal meal simply delicious; our server, Tristan, was beyond incredible! We started with two of the special appetizers of the night, the Italian Eggrolls and the Fried Lasagna Bites. Hubby got the Cowboy Steak and I had the Crab Cakes. Words cannot begin to express how delicious everything was! Hubby's steak was so tender, it could be cut with the butter knife! We ended this phenomenal meal with the Hot Fudge Cream Puff and the Creme Brulee and I admit, this was, without a doubt, the best Creme Brulee I've ever had! Tristan was an absolute pleasure to have as our server! He was attentive not only to our table, but to the others he was assigned to as well. He joked and laughed with us during our dining and made our experience an absolute joy! We will definitely be returning and hopefully will be able to be seated in Tristan's section again. This was absolutely one of the best dining experiences we've had!”
“We were a group of ten, our server seemed rather disorganized. Once she waited on a couple people, she would disappear and forget about the rest of us. I've never before had a Bloody Mary served with citrus fruit on a skewer. Were they out of celery? We had to ask several times for drink orders from other servers because our server was missing in action. Bills were incorrect. Meh. Not impressed with the service, although the food was tasty.”
“I ordered the Knight’s Cowboy Steak, the 20-22 oz bone-in ribeye described on the menu as their signature cut with “rich flavor from fine marbling.” At $65, I expected a high-quality, well-marbled piece of meat. The steak arrived medium rare as requested, with a good sear, but it was dry throughout—no juices were released when cut, and none pooled on the plate. The texture was chewy and tough, requiring effort to eat despite the correct doneness. Upon reviewing the photo I took, the marbling is minimal and uneven—only scattered flecks rather than the fine, even distribution advertised. The accompanying sautéed mushrooms tasted canned and appeared unnaturally uniform and plump, without the shrinkage or browning typical of fresh mushrooms properly sautéed. The baked potato and asparagus were great. The most disappointing aspect was the menu’s claim of “fine marbling” for rich flavor, which did not match what was served. For this price, the steak fell well short of expectations in quality and execution. I would not return or recommend this dish.”
