Estelle Southern Table at the Westin Jackson

“I’m usually in Jackson for events that take place at the Westin, so it’s super convenient to have a restaurant on site. I’ve had several different menu items, but the most recent was the Hanger Steak & Truffle Fries. Ok, so the novelty of Truffle Fries has dissipated, I still like them and these were pretty good. But, it was definitely the beefiness of the Hanger Steak that won the day. Cooked a perfect medium rare (sorry I didn’t photograph that but trust me). Estelle’s is a great choice for lunch or dinner in Jackson.”

“my friend Misty and i visited Jackson, Mississippi this past weekend,we were lucky enough to have a room at the Westin Jackson on Congress Street, we had brunch on Sunday morning at Estelle Southern Table and it was The Best,we split the omelette with pimento grits and the chicken and waffles,we were so full and felt stuffed 😂😂 it's definitely A Vibe and a place to be.”

“This was my second time dining at Estelle, first for lunch, and today for Sunday Brunch. I had the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, and they were absolutely delicious! My mom ordered the Chicken & Waffles, the chicken was well-seasoned, crispy on the outside, and juicy inside. My aunt had the Avocado Toast with scrambled eggs and fresh avocado slices…the eggs were light and the combination was simple and flavorful. My other aunt chose the turkey omelet but wasn’t a fan, mainly because she didn’t expect it to have so much cheese. After tasting my pancakes, she wished she’d gone that route instead! Mom and I also enjoyed the cranberry mimosas which were light, refreshing, and the perfect brunch touch. Looking forward to coming back again soon!”

“Went for Brunch on Saturday during parade hours so it was empty. Service was great. Food was good had the chicken and waffles. Located inside hotel.”

“I came here on 8/1/25. I ordered the shrimp appetizer to go. They charged gratuity on this order btw. I paid around $22-25 for six shrimp! But that's not why I'm leaving a review. I'm leaving a review bc I checked my bank account a week later and discovered that the staff member (Juana) who took my order input the bill's total on the tip line, which effectively doubled the cost for me and provided Juana with an additional $22 tip on top of the gratuity charge. During the second week of August, I called and spoke with the GM Whitley. Whitley assured me I would receive a full refund. Well now over six months have passed and guess who never got a full refund?! ME. I've have called at least ten times since first speaking with Whitley and she has never returned another phone call. Even after I left several voicemails. Even after I stopped into the physical location and spoke with managers..multiple times! Whitley has ducked and dodged resolving this issue like she's playing dodgeball. Not once was I offered a gift card to make up the owed refund. Nothing but "we'll let Whitley know so she can contact you", just for Whitley to never contact me. If you don't like being robbed, patronize a different establishment!”
