“Jermain was amazing, his service was incredible and his bar knowledge was amazing. He handled a quick situation with professionalism and speed, displaying a clear sense of leadership and control of the situation. He also wore multiple hats, helping server teams by taking orders and rotating in order to keep the service flowing when they were super busy on a Saturday night. He’s definitely an all star!”

“Went for the first time and I must say I was impressed. Ramen was AMAZING and the manager who also served as our waitress was exceptional. Her recommendations were all excellent and she was very knowledgeable of all menu items. She even offered a complimentary appetizer. Amazing service. Drinks were nice and strong but served in small glass. Will definitely be back!!”

“I’m sure the food is of good quality, but the experience picking up as an uber driver was absolutely terrible. Instead of admitting they were backed up (which is ok), the server kept insisting to everyone waiting that their orders would “be out shortly”. Heard this line 3 times in my 25 minutes waiting, before finally having a different server give me an honest answer so I wouldn’t have to waste my time anymore. Clearly they don’t want drivers constantly canceling so they instead choose to give them false promises to keep them waiting. If you’re an uber driver, do yourself a favor and skip Ani Ramen House pickups.”

“Always a pleasure dining here—the food is consistently great! This past Saturday, though, our server Jhosue seemed like he was having a bad day… or maybe that’s just his personality. He came to the table with no greeting at all—just “ready to order?” When we asked questions, we didn’t get clear answers, just “uh-huh,” “mhm,” or “yup.” After we ordered, he didn’t check on us and only came back when the food arrived. Most of the time, he was standing by the expo on his phone. The table next to us was having a similar experience, and we were all kind of in shock at how inattentive he was. It honestly felt like we were bothering him. We even wanted to stay for another beer but decided not to. Aside from that, the rest of the staff was great. The bartender even stopped by to check on us, which we appreciated. We’ll definitely be back because we love the place and the food is always delicious—but we’ll be hoping for a different server next time.”
