Located in one of the most iconic locations on the Strip in Las Vegas, Rosa Mexicano in Miracle Mile Shops has a lively dining room, indoor and outdoor bars, patio seating and dynamic private events options. Directly next to Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino, and across the Strip from The Cosmopolitan and The Bellagio, we are perfectly placed for drinks, date nights and group events. Start by enjoying a frozen pomegranate margarita or any of our expertly crafted cocktails. Enjoy classic dishes like our tableside guacamole, black bean and cheese empanadas, and pork carnitas tacos; or indulge in our Mexican Steakhouse dishes like the 22oz bone-in ribeye, crab-stuffed lobster, or the show-stopping 42oz Tomahawk steak. Don't forget to save room for dessert, like margarita lime tart, churros or our signature tres leches cake.
“We had such an amazing experience here. I had the crispy shrimp tempura, 20/10! Portion size is reasonable. Drinks are top tier. Our server, Miguel took great care of us!! Loved it so much we came back again during our stay here.”
“Walked by this place and decided to have brunch here. Best decision ever! The breakfast quesadilla was absolutely amazing. The side of hash browns was also amazing! The servers and host were all really nice and accommodating! We will def be back!”
“Delicious freshly made guacamole & pink chips, followed by roast chicken enchiladas in a warming tomatillo salsa verde. Nice Margerita too. My belly is stuffed. Not cheap but little on the Strip is cheap. Friendly, attentive service by Diana with a nice smile. Lovely.”
“Great in - mall restaurant. Food: 4 stars. We received their traditional pink tortilla chips and slasa to start. We also ordered the Guacamole en Molcajete, which was freshly prepared at oir table. Highly recommend! I had the chicken fajitas which were delicious. My husband had the Tampiquena, which was great. The steak was just cooked medium rather than medium rare per request. Service: First of all, our server, Miguel, was wonderfully friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu. I gave 3 stars for the lengthy time it took to receive our 2 drinks, our main course, and the check. It was not quick. Miguel will ask you if you're catching a show, though, so he knows how quick they need to be. Atmosphere: I gave 4 stars for the large bar area with plenty of seating, the nice outdoor seating, and the decor. Minus one star for being in - mall. We were seated near the front of the restaurant and looking at Chik - fil- A. I'd recommend outdoor seating or asking to sit near the bar area.”
“If you're looking for a step up from your standard taco joint without the stuffiness of fine dining, Rosa Mexicano at the Miracle Mile Shops is a fantastic choice. It strikes that perfect "Vegas balance" energetic, stylish, and just the right amount of flashy. The Highlights The Guacamole: You can’t come here and not get the Guacamole en Molcajete. Watching them prepare it fresh is a classic touch, and the flavor is spot on. It’s creamy, perfectly seasoned, and served with warm, sturdy chips. Signature Drinks: The Frozen Pomegranate Margarita is their claim to fame for a reason. It’s refreshing, not overly sweet, and pairs beautifully with the spicy kick of the salsa. Atmosphere: The decor is stunning—keep an eye out for the iconic pink cliff-diver wall. It’s a great spot for a "girls' night out" or a pre-show dinner. The energy is high, and the music keeps the vibe lively. Menu Standouts: The Birria Quesatacos were a hit—rich, tender brisket with a flavorful consommé that I wanted to drink by the spoonful. Room for Improvement The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 mostly comes down to the "Vegas tax" and the pace. Price Point: Like most spots on the Strip, you’re paying a premium. While the food is high quality, $20+ for a few tacos can feel a bit steep. Service Pace: During peak hours, the service can feel a little rushed. It felt like they were turning tables quite quickly. Noise Level: If you’re looking for a quiet, romantic corner to whisper sweet nothings, this isn't it. It gets loud! Final Verdict Rosa Mexicano is a solid, reliable, and beautiful spot for upscale Mexican cuisine. Whether you're starting your night with a round of margaritas or fueling up on enchiladas, it’s a fun experience that delivers on flavor. I’ll definitely be back—mostly for that guacamole! Pro Tip: If you can, try to snag a seat on the patio. It’s great for people-watching while you sip your tequila”
