“An elegant restaurant that feels right for a gathering of friends or a special date night. Every course was delicious. Loved the crispy skin of the eggplant topped with fried okra. Loved the wood fired cabbage with spicy complex sauce. Loved the steak that was sooooo juicy, that was a sauce that needed to be licked from the plate. Very warm service from the host to the server & the chef and his wife greeting old and new friends. I look forward to returning every time I'm in LA!”

“It felt as if my best friend, who cooks these type of food for me, had invited me to his Abuela’s for dinner. Food was delicious. Tori had many tables but managed to get our orders fast. I will be coming back. Highly recommend”

“I had the chicken gumbo with the shrimp add on and I loved it! The shrimp was grilled and the rice was super fresh and not dry. It went well with the Pinot Noir. The servers were also super polite and very attending. I would definitely come back again ❤️‍🔥”

“The restaurant has a nice vibe. Service was stellar. They bring the food out as it is prepared. Which was not my favorite because i like all my food at one time, that way i don't get full on the first dishes. Totally recommend the glazed pork chop, grilled brandt coulotte steak medium rare, ember -roasted sweet potato and the little gem salad. The cocktailss we're subpar but maybe they were having an off night. I will the order the steak and salad and ask if it would come out at the same time when i return.”

“The restaurant from the outside looks very small. The interior is divided up into several large rooms and there are outside sections in rear of the restaurant that is open air. There are several heating units on the upper walls and portable heating units on the floor. The tables are chairs are easy to move around to accommodate all size parties. There is a full service bar. The prices are moderate. Some of the dishes served were good and other dishes served were fair. The service was very good and the restaurant is very clean.”
