“The food was great! A great place for a gathering. We ordered so many variations. The service was also great the waiters changed our plates without us even asking. The menu was on the paper that is underneath the plates which was a little annoying but it's fine. The desserts were amazing, the lemon cake was even better than the tiramissu”

“This restaurant has very lively vibe. We seat at the outdoor seating with our dog. Perfect place for watching people pass by. Our was very attentive. The food was excellent. The mussels were to die for, we took the finger licking sauce home. The bread taste delicious: light, fluffy & crispy. Definitely come back again with family and friends.”

“Was in town for work and looking for Roman-Style Pizza and this place came up (I didn't know Pinsa was Pizza). The lunch atmosphere was very chill and mellow, dinner was definitely busy, but sitting at the bar wasn't a big deal. The pizza is very good fresh, at the restaurant, I would highly recommend eating it there and not getting delivery or taking it to-go, it's not bad, it's just so much better fresh. Owen, the bartender, was a great host with good suggestions on the menu. If you're looking for wine by the glass I would definitely recommend the Graci Rosé of Nerello Mascalese, it went well with the funghi pizza. Over a couple days I tried 3 pizzas, the Funghi, the Oste, and the Carbonara pizza. My favorite was the Funghi, I'm a sucker for truffle oil, but the others were good too. At dinner I tried the beef tartare and it was awesome as well. The pizza dough was crispy and tasted fresh like all the toppings. Really great experience, will probably be dreaming of the food for many months.”

“Am I coming back? Yes. The Oste pizza was delicious. Perfectly crispy with tons of flavor, and the rosemary really made it stand out. The espresso martini was the ideal balance of caffeine and vodka (dangerously smooth). The chicken Milanese was tender and crispy, and paired perfectly with the arugula salad and potatoes. Everything felt thoughtfully put together. Definitely coming back! Also, ask for Frankie, he had the perfect recommendations. The owner was also very attentive to all customers and eager to serve and make the experience unforgettable.”

“Went to Oste for dinner on a Tuesday evening. We had a reservation for 6:45pm. We parked on the street a block away - there was plenty of paid street parking available. We were seated almost immediately when we got there. Thats not to say there wasn’t a large crowd at the restaurant, but our table (booth actually!) was ready within a few minutes of our arrival. Most of the tables seemed taken but there were a few spots at the bar for walk-ins. The service was very good, friendly and efficient. We ordered a few drinks, appetizers and two pinsa. The appetizer portions felt small and we were concerned about the size of the pinsa! The drinks came out first and soon after appetizers came out quickly. The pinsa followed that. They were pretty large actually! We then ordered two desserts and an espresso to top off dinner. Overall, I would say the service was excellent and very efficient. The ambiance was great. All the food came out quickly, and we felt like we were rushing through each course. The taste was good too. We particularly liked the appetizers. The pinsa were great - the crust was very light and airy, clearly much higher hydration dough than pizza. With that said, I don’t think a pinsa will be a substitute for a good pizza when I crave one!! The desserts (Tiramisu and Budino) were not particularly good, I would pass on those.”
