Paloma is a Mediterranean inspired oasis at the iconic corner of Abbot Kinney and Venice Blvds. With three distinct dining areas - indoors with velveteen banquettes and comfortable bar seating; a bougainvillea framed patio with a retractable roof; and an al fresco deck shaded with large, breezy umbrellas and lush greenery, complete with a fire pit tucked away in a corner alcove, guests will feel transported and enjoy a market-fresh menu with something for everyone.
“We had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant! Everything was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was so warm, friendly, and welcoming. The Spaghetti Vongole was a solid 5 out of 5 — perfectly cooked, flavorful, fresh, and truly one of the best dishes we tried. The tuna tartare was also amazing: very fresh, beautifully served, and full of flavor. My daughter absolutely loved the Penne Paloma. It was the perfect choice for her — delicious, comforting, and very well prepared. A special thank you to our server, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. He made our visit even more enjoyable with his friendly attitude and excellent service. We left completely impressed and happy. We will definitely be coming back and will gladly recommend this place to our friends and family!”
“great outdoor seating in prime spot. good cocktails and food. loved the art, shaded areas outdoor indoor seating. overall 9/10 for service, location and food”
“Paloma Venice is the kind of place that feels like a full experience, not just dinner. The vibe is warm, stylish, and very Venice without trying too hard, with enough space between tables to actually relax and talk. Service is solid: attentive, knowledgeable, and paced well so you don’t feel rushed or forgotten. The food leans Mediterranean with clean, fresh flavors, lots of herbs and citrus, and well-executed proteins plus sides that actually taste intentional, not like filler. Portions are reasonable, plating is on point, and everything feels cohesive. Cocktails are a highlight too: balanced, not overly sweet, and clearly made with care. Overall, it’s a strong pick for date night or dinner with friends when you want good food, great atmosphere, and a polished but not pretentious vibe.”
“We visited for lunch; the food and service were great. The valet was affordable compared to other locations, making it a convenient choice. The staff was very friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. The ambiance was good, creating a relaxing environment to enjoy our meal. We will definitely visit again to savor more of their delicious offerings. The menu had a diverse selection, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. Each dish we tried was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. We also appreciated the attention to detail in the decor, which enhanced the dining experience. Overall, it was a delightful outing that left us eager to return soon.”
“I was excited to try Paloma, and the atmosphere is beautiful, but the food didn’t live up to expectations. Our dishes arrived only about five minutes after ordering, which felt a bit odd. I had a glass of wine and the rigatoni alla vodka for $60 total, and unfortunately the pasta was rubbery and lacking flavor. I wouldn’t return.”
