“I’ve stayed at the Hilton LA Culver City at least 5 times now for business. My favorite part is coming down for breakfast in the morning. The entire service team is so warm, friendly, and attentive. I particularly enjoy my exchanges with Jesus G. because he makes it his mission to be welcoming to every patron, and he now recognizes me as a regular. I choose this hotel for many reason, but the West is one of them. I don’t usually dine in the evening, but I know that if I did, the team at that time would be just as welcoming.”

The hot food was generally good, but baked items like pancakes and waffles were disappointing, with poor texture and dough quality. Overall, great service, but the baked goods could use improvement.”
