“Service is outstanding. Music perfect to chat. We were a party of 4. The FLAVOR is amazing for everything. We had: Polpo e patate Tagliatelle Toscano Lasagna Tagliolini cacio e Pepe Gnocchi al pesto I can’t say which one was the best. Polpo, is a must!!! And the tagliere, we had to ask for one to go. I’m definitely gonna come back but no car so I can try the wine. Totally recommended.”

“What a great little spot! The atmosphere feels modern and timeless at the same time - as at home in Metuchen as it would be in NYC. The focaccia is incredible to start and the menu has a nice variety without being overwhelming in breadth. Everything we had was delicious. It wasn't a cheap meal but was priced appropriately for what you receive coming in around $60-70/person without desserts. It's certainly worth a stop if you're in the area or even if you want a nice meal and would drive 30-45min drive. We will definitely return!”

“We came here for a weekend date night! It was pretty packed on a Sunday night so I'd definitely recommend booking a reservation. We ordered the Kale salad to start, my husband got the Branzino and I got the mushroom risotto. Every single dish was delicious. I look forward to coming back again and trying their gluten free pasta. They are also a byob restaurant so we brought a nice bottle of red to enjoy. The service was efficient and friendly. I'm really glad there is an Italian spot”

“I really loved Mangai Tascano. The food was amazing and everything tasted so fresh. The fish was definitely the highlight for me, perfectly cooked and super flavorful. The staff were super friendly and made the whole experience even better. The vibe of the place was really nice too, relaxed and welcoming, so it was easy to just sit back and enjoy. Honestly, everything about this place felt spot on. I’ll definitely be coming back and would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal.”
