“Ram & Rooster delivers a fantastic tasting menu experience from start to finish. The space is beautiful, with superb decor and a counter overlooking the open kitchen that makes the whole meal feel intimate and engaging all for a great price! Several dishes stood out, especially the scallop course, which was perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. The duck dish was another highlight—rich, tender, and beautifully balanced. It’s also BYOB, and they offer some excellent non-alcoholic drink options that pair nicely with the meal. Dessert was the perfect ending, with a bright lemon cake and a decadent chocolate dish that were both outstanding. Phenomenal service throughout the evening made the experience even better. Ram & Rooster is a must for anyone looking for a refined and memorable tasting menu.”

“Last Fri the family had a memorable dinner here. The first few dishes had a decidedly farm-to-table flavor vibe, subtle and natural. The last duck and beef savory dishes for me represented the best. The meshing of certain traditional Chinese flavors with classic French techniques and flavors were at once innovative, balanced and restrained. Very well done and probably worth the price. You decide. Oh, and the mocktails were very good.”

“This is an interesting fusion Chinese restaurant. The food was delicious, not in the typical style as one would find in a traditional fine Chinese restaurant. The presentation was French/Japanese/gastronomic, and ingredients were a hybrid of Chinese/Japanese/French. We tired the 8-course menu; and everything tested great! Service was also top-notch, friendly, attentive and helpful. I also liked the decor and atomsohere here; it felt modern simplicity with a touch of elegance. Good choice on the ligjting and other hareware throughout. Who ever designed it had great taste. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. I would definitely come back seasonally when menu changes.”

“What an INCREDIBLE expierence. We are fans of fine dining and I have to say we were still blow away! The photos paled in comparison to how delishious and beautiful each dish was. Staff delivered each course with perfect timing and explained all aspects of the dish. We sat at the chefs counter and watching everything be made was magical! The braised beef cheek and noodles was probably my favorite noodle dish of all time. We left perfectly full and satisfied. THANK YOU to the entire staff and team for such a fabulous evening. Can't wait to come back.”
