Then on weekends after 11, it turns into the place to be for partying, with awesome DJs and a super festive atmosphere. Best of both worlds”

“Really nice vibes here with my colleagues for drinks & dancing. Drinks were on point & not overly priced. I didn't get a chance to eat here yet, but I will definitely try out sometime in the future. “Never bothered with the food here, only came here to party a few times. Nightlife in Old Port can be a hassle in general without reservations. Philemon is an exception to this, if you manage to get here before 10:30pm you will have a good shot at getting in. The atmosphere is a lot more fun and unrestricted especially later in the night compared to some of the more reserved Old Port establishments. Drinks are reasonably priced for the area. Great service, the staff does their best managing the bustling crowds which get super tight at peak. The DJ's are usually of quality selection too.”

“At the end a great experience, even with a bit of a bumpy rode 😅 I reserved for my birthday for 10 people 3 weeks in advance and the waitress explained that there’s food, drinks, we’ll have the lounge and I can bring a cake with me. I confirmed by text 2 days before. On the same day, at 2 pm, the same waitress calls saying there will be no food - like none, literally just olives - available because the chef is sick. Which I understand, but on a Saturday night I’d expect some back up. The waitress told us she’s sorry and knows it’s a party of 10 and that it will be challenging to find another place, but she contacted several restaurants nearby to accommodate us. We ended up all searching for half an hour and I found a place to dine. The waitress also told us we were welcome to the lounge at 10pm (which normally they only take reservations until 8pm) and offered a bottle of Prosecco to apologize. We arrived at 10:15 and got seated and had our bottle, and ended up having a great time! Thanks for accommodating. A great place to dance but gets JAMMED PACKED. If I wasn’t on the lounge it would be annoying to be in such a crowd.”
