“Taverna's new "After Dark" menu is the perfect excuse for a late-night bite! We tried the Greek pork ribs, wings, and frites, and finished with warm baklava and a decadent cheesecake-chocolate mousse torte. Everything was delicious, but the warm baklava was a standout. The manager and staff were incredibly welcoming and made the experience even better. If you're looking for a great spot close to home for food and drinks after 9 PM, this is definitely worth checking out!”

“Came here for lunch today (4/9). We were surprised it was empty but I learned they only launched lunch service in late February so people might not be aware. They have a lunch special for $25. I got the Greek onion soup and panzanella salad with salmon. My husband got the hummus appetizer and Caesar salad with chicken. My son got the tagliatelle with creamy marinara. We also shared the fried calamari (which in retrospect was way too much food). The calamari was our least favorite because it wasn’t tender. And it didn’t come out hot even though we were the only customers in the restaurant. Not sure why it wasn’t freshly fried to order. Or why it sat and cooled before coming to our table. Everything else was really good. Our server was professional and polite. He was attentive without being intrusive. We would return and recommend this place to others.”

“We came for lunch on our way out of town. We had the shrimp appetizer and it was probably the best appetizer ever. The flavors were so delicious and it was cooked perfectly. Our service was amazing and so thoughtful. We would highly recommend this place for lunch.”

“Service was nice and friendly, but it took us nearly 10 mins before we even got water. Another 20 mins before our app order was taken. We came in at 8pm and place was only half full….after we ordered the food took a good while to come out as well. Waitress also took our plates without asking and still had some appetizers left which was extremely odd, but it was too late to ask her to set it back down when she stacked them. Scallops were well seasoned and the sauce it sat in was delicious. Great sear, but slightly overcooked and a bit too much chew. Calamari was a nice change of pace with lightness of breading. Not overcooked, great mix of flavors. Branzino was perfectly cooked and nice light crispy skin. Decent flavor, but mild. No Wow factor on this one. Octopus was delicious! Great size, great char, not overcooked. Well seasoned and not too salty. Tagliatelle was perfectly al dente with good mussels, shrimp was a little underwhelming. Sauce was super citrusy and interesting to try but likely not a reorder from us. Overall was a super cute, good atmosphere, on the higher end place. But missing the wow factor and excellent service for a 5.”

“Nice atmosphere, food was delicious, server was very friendly and knowledgeable of menu. Wait staff was very attentive with water refills. Would definitely come back! Star only taken because after dinner we sat for a pretty long time before dessert order and to get check after dessert. We were there for 2.5 hours as a 2 top. To add I also realized the next day we didn’t get the salad with ‘the feast’”
